I have been thinking of using some more "universal" type tires on my M2.

Any experience with either the Dunlop 616 or the Pirelli Scorpion?

I like the big rain grooves in the 616s because we sometimes have tropical rain in the summer and wet traction is a major consideration.

Also, the 616 is made in the USA and I like that too but I wanted to see if these would be good for my needs or if there might be something better.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

I've used the Pirelli's and they are by far the best street tires I've used. The Dunlop 616's aren't very highly recommended.
