I posted this in general discussion but someone suggested I post it under "Old School".

I recently purchase a jacket for my girl for Christmas at a local HD shop and they gave me a "free" gift (for purchase over 300 dollars I think). It is rather cheaply built so I changed it.

So far I have the S1, S2 and S2 Signature Series and the Pegasus cover in the middle. As soon as I get a M2, X1 and S3 timing cover it will be complete and on the wall of the garage. I have always thought that the Buell timing covers are cool.. Frank

Sorry Basti but my girl took them to someone at her work so I do not have them anymore. They are real cheap plastic. I see that HD sells the whole unit for 75 dollars my IMO it is not worth it.

I cannot take credit for the idea. A fellow Buell nut (Leatherneck) is staying at my house for a while and he suggested it while we were talking Buells and drinking a couple of cold ones. He was going through some of my Buell documentation and he saw all the stuff I had and suggested I display the timing covers.

When I started to take it apart I was laughing at how cheap it was... Frank

I believe I may have the original M2 plate from my 2002. I took it off the day I bought the bike, it should be in perfect condition.
