I was having problems starting, the starter just clicked, and would start when jumped. I figured the battery and replaced it. Now when I turn the key on there is nothing. No head light, no instrument lights and of course, no starter or fuel pump. Suggestions? Ignition switch? Relay? The clock works so the is power and even with jumper cables the is nothing.

Key is a problem on alot of bikes so check switch,also your relays and interlocks--clutch/sidestand. How are your battery connections?

That happened to me and it ended up being the switch. Replacements are not cheap and after taking the switch apart - they really are poorly built and undersized for the amperage (IMO).
I cleaned and fixed mine, but it was still getting really hot, so I put in a relay so that the higher amperage bypasses the switch and all is good.....

The battery is brand new. I was having problems with the starter, it would just click not turn the engine, but would work when jumped. I installed a new battery and the clock works so the battery is working. When I did jump it, it would take a little time for the dash warning lights to come on. Also when I was having the starting problems, I would turn the key on, but it would act like it was in the "park" position, only tail light on. I'm thinking it's the ignition switch, does anyone have an easy way to jump the switch to see if that is the problem?

I don't think you get to it without taking the faring off, but taking the faring off is not hard (don't overtighten the mirrors when re-installing!They will end up falling off - ask how I and the NEBO boyz riding behind me know!).
Once in there, there is a connector for the switch that you can disconnect and jump. one will be hot, one for lights and one for ignition.

Checked the grounds? If corroded they can play havoc also.Best of luck, if I were closer I'd come and look.

Lots of folks have had the ignition switch fail. You can find a universal replacement at places like JP Cycles for about $30. New Key won't match.

The other option is to peal back the cover on your Buell key to get the number then have the dealer order a HD Dyna key with the same number. This is in the $50 range.

why dont you check your ground strap first make sure it is tight on both ends, big v twin = big vibrations

Took the fairing off to get at the key connector and when I jumped the two connections the dash lite up and the fuel pump came on so I guess it is the ignition switch. As is often the case progress had its disadvantages, the headlight adjusters were striped and the headlight was held in place with tie wraps. New project...

Key switch failure is unfortunately common. I had to jumper mine once to get home. Classic bailing wire and duck-tape job but it got me home! The factory did not use a relay from the switch so all the amps must go through the switch....Stupid design IMO but that's what we're stuck with till we fix it ourselves. The Hi-Low beam headlight switch is the same way and will fail eventually as mine did too.

I had a friend,years ago,who made a hidden button,in a really unexpected place-somewhere behind the headlight or near the battery,I think-he only told me after selling it.I`m no electrical wiz and not sure if it can be done exactly the same way on modern bikes (his was a Norton) but it sure came in handy when when I lost the keys one night on the beach-yep,that`s about all I can remember.
