Anyone tried this? I have no baffling/stuffing at all in my SS2R at the moment and the decel popping is hateful. I have some leftover header wrap in the garage...but I don't know if it'd be too restrictive? Thinking about pulling the core out of the can and just wrapping it in the header wrap, not the whole can. | ||

I'll probably repack anyway, but thought maybe...since I have spare wrap and its not enough to do a header pipe with.... | ||

It will be louder,but the wrap will last and keep the packing from blowing out for a long time. I do that on my two stroke pipes and also on my Buell Race Can. Works great....Charlie |
