Author Message   Af226 Posted on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 - 03:23 pm:        Anybody out there have a Parts catalog for a 2000 X1 they wouldn't mind scanning to CD or copying and mailing. I would be happy to cover the cost if its not to crazy. I'm getting tired of explaining the parts that I want to the dealer...I would much prefer to have the part #'s when I have to call. The dealer is 3hrs away so its a chore for sure. PM or email me with the details. There were a few on EBAY but with shipping u could buy a new bike. I was thinking around the $15 - $20 would cover it with shipping? As always I'm certified paypal. As for the parts manual they don't have access to them I'm told?? I have seen them on ebay but by the time u add in the shipping cost their close to $100!! Just looking for a cheaper alternative. Still hoping but probley not gonna happen. I've also had a WTB ad for a few months here but no reply's yet. Your dealer just isn't the one to order from. Check with one of the sponsors here on BadWeB. I'm sure any of them would be happy to help you.   Reepicheep Posted on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 - 04:46 pm:        My Kawasaki KLR-250 parts manual has the exploded diagrams included, and www.buykawasaki.com has them online, and I can click each one and build a pick list to take directly to my dealer. Hellooooooo Factoryyyyyyyyy! The Buell service manual is far better then the Kawasaki manual in all other regards though. (but both are sufficient). I don't mind buying the service manual... buying the parts manual (while it looks very valuable) goes down a little sideways. Living in Northern Canada not only sucks for riding season but also dealer help? Gonna try to arrange to get one while traveling south this winter.
