Ok so I am going to add this to my list at the local HD dealership. Was wondering what all I would need? Just the front and back xb rocker covers? any year better that the other? xb9 or 12? THANKS

The years are all the same.

You will need a front and rear rocker,

2 PCV valves

2 PCV valve grommets.

and the amount of hoses you need.

I am sure you can find the part numbers in the knowlege vault.

When the BLAST came out in 2000 "i" bought 2 PVC VALVES and 2 GROMMETS and installed them in my OEM covers !!!

You might have to grind the front cover a little where it intereferes with the stock front mount. I installed an NRHS front mount when I got the XB covers and it didn't interfer - no grinding necessary.

Andy at Appleton has the complete parts list on hand.
He even has the button head bolts to plug up the old breather holes.

I found a few SS button heads at work and turned the heads down on a lathe.





Just a little thing, but those big button heads always bothered me.
