I'll peruse the KV when I'm home tonight, but asking is quick ;)

When upgrading a 95 S2 to later Thunderstorm status (heads, pistons, cams)...do you have to change the ignition box? My concern being too much timing advance for the 10.5:1 compression ratio. And if you do have to change, what do you use since the pinout is different from the 95 bike to the later factory T-storm bikes?

Reason I ask is, I'm looking at an ashtray on my desk that I "made" with my 2.2 turbo car, 24 lbs of boost, and too much timing. The only thing holding the piston pieces together is the rings, LOL.

Use an aftermarket ignition.
I used a Dyna when I had the S2 done.
