Does anyone have any idea where I might find or locate the Grateful Dead derby cover with the skeleton and roses? Not the chrome steal your face but I remember seeing in a catalog once one with the dead skeleton head and shoulders with the roses encircling it. I can no longer find one anywhere and if I find the catalog I will post a picture of it. I currently have the chrome one with Harley Davidson Motor Co. going around in a circle but would like to have the dead. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bet Koz could make you one. He did the derby cover for my S1W (aka Marilyn). It's her signiture with a set of lips. The reason for the bike's name....she's a blonde bombshell that likes to be ridden hard: D: D: D

I knew I had seen these recently - just took me a while to find them again! Here's a link to what you're looking for:

Thanks Zenfrogmaster but that's not the one. I knew of these but there is another that is in color and is reminiscent of an old dead t-shirt. It was in one of the old aftermarket Harley-only books. I can't remember the name of the catalog; real thick, came in the mail, two syllables, sounds like_____? I just can't remember. One will turn up somewhere. Thanks again.

WOOOOHOOOOO Found them! I don't think they have them but I wasn't hallucinating after all. It's the one in the bottom left hand corner, the skeleton with the rose fro. Has anyone else seen these? It wasn't in the JP that I saw them but they now have them advertised. If you see these and someone actually has one drop me a line. I may keep the bike after all, though I did have a guy show some interest the other day but interest won't take it home.

I rememeber the first time I meet Erik. We had a great discussion about the Grateful Dead. In my best Court voice....remind me to tell that story some day: D
