Looking for some advice here.
Have an S1 frame, given to me, where the isolator roll pins have seized in place and have snapped after previous owner attempted to remove?
Have been unable to drill out, so my questions are:
How critical are these,
Is hole positioning critical,
Do I have a major problem
Could new holes be drilled to accept roll pins in a different position.
Thanks

try heat to soften them they are spring pins ( they are split ? ) you are trying to anneal them here
I assume that you are going to re paint, before assembley maybe one of the annonys may answer, I would think that you MAY rotate the iso just enough to re pin then just my W.A.G. so YMMV
IIRC the x1 pin is around 1/8" ~ 3/16"

good luck with the project.

Had a pin shear on my frame and drilled a hole next to it and no big deal.
