I have 35K miles on my s-2. the last time the fork oil was changed- 15K miles. OUCH!!
My manual suggests that the forks need to be removed to change the oil!! true?

can i just drain them and refill with a specified amount of WP oil?

HELP!!

You have Upside down forks, either remove them or turn the bike upside down
you have to fill them to a measured level
while verticle,

These are showa forks but youl get the idea..

ALL Buell forks need to be removed to have the fluid changed.

While the forks are off you might as well replace the seals for cheap insurance and check the slider bushings...
