Hello: I have a 99 Buell S3 and just installed a power commander. Downloaded one of the maps from the PC web, and the bike runs better but not perfect. Plugs look good and are not fouling, but still getting some stuttering on occasion, and also some exhaust backfire. The bike is stock except for the following:

Hi Perf O2 Sensor
Forcewinder intake with filter
Vance and Hines Slip on.

Does anyone have a map they can share to get me a little closer to where I need to be? Harley Dealer will charge me an arm and a leg for Dyno time.

I have similar on my x1 (save for the o2) including the hiccups, you may not be able to get rid of all of it, it seems to be worse when warming up and when "HOT!" if that fits
it may be a rabbit hole that you are throwing money down. Dynojet put some effort into the maps.
If you succeed post your results please..

who is your dealer?
