Author Message   Italialaw Posted on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 - 09:21 pm:        Hello all, I'm wondering which tube frame this header is for. Maybe m2 b/c I don't see an 02 sensor plug? How about the muffler? Daytona boss, stainless specialties, or something else? Also, does anyone know of a good brand of paint to paint the muffler? Those were stainless and were larger diameter. It actually looks like an automotive glass pack to me.   Crux Posted on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 - 11:37 pm:        looks like an old Stainless Specialties muffler to me...painted black.   Djkaplan Posted on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 - 08:27 am:        The header looks like a stock 1999 M2 header. In 1999, the headers were painted black - I don't believe they were made out of the same stainless steel as 2000-2002 models. It looks like one of the primaries has a repair patch welded on.
