You just need to go to the Race Tech website (http://www.racetech.com/cdsearch.asp?showPage=) and find one of their service centers close to you or one that you can send your shock to. I bought a spare while have mine rebuilt, need to get off my duff and get it sent out. The choppertards don't use rear suspension. I got one for $70. I think the cost of rebuild is like $350 or so. But yes, they are rebuildable. We were trying to decide what to do, buy used and take our chances or bite the bullet and buy new. I had no idea you could have them rebuilt until I started reading old post regarding rear shocks. We've found a local service center from the web site you posted and for about the same money ($100-$125) as buying used, we can have this one serviced and replace the seals. If it needs other servicing done, they will call and let us know, etc. Sure beats the $500+ for a new one. Thanks again for posting about racetech.com. Kristi
