The article was written by Dave Gess. In front of me is a brochure for a Buell RR 1200, the world class american. Boy is that a good looking bike or what? I love that bodywork, the front fender, and how a rider just fits into the bike. That would sure look good in solid black, and produced today. I'll have to pay more attention - not that I can bid on one anyways. I did see an '89 RR1200 for sale for $18,000 a long while ago while surfing the net. I can only guess what these end up going for. I dig the looks but my income stream dictates $3k bikes only.
