Author Message   Elmariachi Posted on Friday, January 06, 2006 - 09:23 pm:        Hey. I'm having problems starting my 98 S1W. When I hit the ignition switch all I hear is a "clicking" noise. The crank doesn't turn at all. I replaced the battery and voltage regulator and I'm still having this problem. Any ideas?   Natexlh1000 Posted on Friday, January 06, 2006 - 09:39 pm:        Go through your fusebox and clean the contacts. make sure the big ground wire is in good shape and is fastened to the engine case tightly. I don't know if your fusebox has them but mine has two black relays. One of them controls my starter solenoid. My X1 was going clikkkkk and my fusebox contacts were fuzzy.
