I like most all of the improvments the X1 made over the s1 minus FI, computer, gas tank, and HORN. The horn is all I have left to change.

Have anybody change the location of the stock x1 horn?

I left mine where it was when I ripped off the black plastic. I think a good alternative location would be behind the flyscreen like the XB models have.

I think I saw someone else kept the horn in the same location but bent the bracket to tuck it in better.
I think it was Chase.

I heard my name?

Mine is still where it was intended..a little tweakage here, and a push there, and it fits nicely inbetween the the frame tubes...

Yeah, thought that was you.

I'm still too lazy to do ANYTHING with it other than dump out the water after it rains : )

I actually use my horn (in the stock location) for it's intended purpose and also to house the power switch to my LED lights. It's easy to reach when riding and hides the switch well.

I hid mine on the S1 behind the fly screen.

while I pilot an M2, same same, I beleive -- I used a lil horn off an old Japanese scoot (bout 3 inches in diameter) and mounted it behind the flyscreen to the left headlight mounting bracket, where it peeks out a little --

the stocker horn is pretty pathetic in the first place, so I figure I'm not loosing much by the move
