Does anyone have an exhaust stud drill plate they don't need and want to part with or willing to loan out???

I just noticed one of my front exhaust studs snapped off.

I must have lost the front mounting bolt a day or 2 ago...(it's only been 2 or 3 days since I was working near it so, I know it was there then)...and sure enough once that front mount loosens up an exhaust stud isn't far behind....

I just thought I'd check with the BadWeb before I got in touch with Al.

Thanks....

I'm not sure if the bolt pattern matches a standard sportster, I don't expect it would be easy to find an old Buell header out there. If it does you might check "junkyards" for a bracket you can cut off a pipe.

Got any good welding places in your area? We used to take (ride) most of our broken exhaust stud bikes to a guy that welded a nut or bolt to the broken stud and zip it out in a matter of minutes. Slipped in a new stud and tighten nuts right at his shop. Might work for you.
