Author Message   Natexlh1000 Posted on Friday, June 10, 2005 - 01:28 am:        I am about to retrofit the "new" 2002 front exhaust hanger. I was wondering if anyone could share some pointers? I noticed the the plate opposite the front mount is actually the shock mount and the bolts go all the way through the engine cases. This looks as though it's going to be more of a show than I thought - and all because my little rubber things fell out!   Phatkidwit1eye Posted on Friday, June 10, 2005 - 02:17 am:        Just be careful not to lose any nuts and bolts in your back yard while working in the tree. It's not a big deal just follow your manual and what ever directions that came with the mount.   Whodom Posted on Friday, June 10, 2005 - 08:51 am:        The main thing you have to do is support the rear of the bike so it doesn't drop when you take the bolts out of the mounts.
