around 80mph my helmet starts to lift...the faster the the more it trys to rip my lid off.
is there a fix for this?

Maybe one of those "turbulence" strips on the edge? I've seen them made by the same company that makes GPS/Radar detector mount - name escapes me at the moment.

Jersey, can't speak to your situation, but I can crouch down behind the fairing and get most of the turbulence off my body and pick up a bit of speed. With a tank bag, I have somewhat of a chin rest. Really helps on the 'less demanding' stretches of road.

I did have a passenger complain about helmet 'lift' at speed; I would say the helmet fit poorly and wasn't a full face type.

I'm shopping for a new helmet and one of my prime concerns will be how it handles turbulence followed by weight, peripheral vision, fit and noise reduction.

I do believe that Zero Gravity makes at least one other windshield for our S2's.
