Hey out there. I was working on my ST and I lost one of the wellnuts that are in the frame for the tank cover. My parts catalog(the local dealer is no help on this one)does not show one for this application, but the one where the fender bolts to the tank cover is almost big enough. So Does anyone know if there is a different wellnut that goes in the frame, or should I just make the other one work.

I think they are the same piece, could be wrong, I got a box of them from McMaster Carr, If I can find them in my pandemonious garage I would be glad to mail you 1, let me know. AL

they are all the same on the S2...I may have some laying around. let me know if you need one

Well nuts are pretty easy to come buy if you have a fastner store nearby,

Bring in the screw and you can get them a whole lot cheaper than at the dealer and they have em in stock ; )

I've got a variety of sizes from a variety of Buells. If you get in a "pinch" (wellnet nomenclature) just let me know. I'll send you the box, you takes what you need and send the rest back.
