Anyone know anything about the upgraded leather seat for the '01 S3T? I've got one on my bike and I'm having a hard time getting used to it. Was thinking about getting a Corbin but this seat is very much like a Corbin. Any info appreciated.
* If I do get a Corbin this one will be for sale.

Steve, I just picked up a new take-off standard seat for my 2000 S3 off ebay. It seems much better than the old standard seat that was on my bike when I got it (maybe the foam doesn't hold up well?).

I plan to send off my old seat to Sargent Seats in Florida: http://www.sargentcycle.com

I had good experience with them and the seat for my Honda Ascot. They have a list of standard upgrades with prices, and are supposed to be very helpful in figuring out what mods would work best to accomplish what you want if you call them. For about the same price as an off-the-shelf Corbin, you can get your stock seat reworked to your specs.
