I have often thought that the stock tank cover looks awkward with the flat front. I thought that a more rounded cover that is sort of Manta like would be great. I even thought of making one myself. Well these guys have done at least two that I know and I am e-mailing them to purchase one for my X1.

I think it's absolutely perfect.

Yeah, well it looks worth it from where I'm sitting. And you don't need trim pieces, which are expensive too.

you are the only person who it really matters if it is worth it or not so if you are okay with it then go for it. Like i said i think it looks really nice

Had any experience with the air filter set-up? I like that also, depending on cost.

I think that is a Rizoma air filter but don't quote me on it. I believe it is real popular in Europe. Maybe some of our overseas breathren can help?

It is a Rizoma. I have one , bought it cheap off e-bay. Really like it. Quality is good
