Mine has oval aluminum backing plate, mounted at a slight angle, and a k+n filter. There is an inner shell with screw, then outer shell velcros on. help, any info welcome. So far mine has worked great and I really like the leg room it provides. Congrats on the Swingarm. I was bidding on it also but forgot to check it again at the last.
