Dave2, how do you get such clear pics? And how do you get so much good help on your bike?

Paul

Holy cow, I never thought I'd see the name Seymour Narrows on the Badweb. I grew up in Campbell River and them's some serious water alright. Likewise is the Arran Rapid's up at Stuart Island at the head of Bute Inlet. I spent a couple of years as a salmon fishing guide around there. On a full tide it's impassible.

Davet., I have dreamed of taking a small boat back up into that country for a couple of weeks of pleasure cruising.

Bute Inlet. I'm jealous, thats right in the middle of paradise. I feel the old wander lust kindling, oh no! Wild Geese calling, again.

Sometime this spring/summer I am rebuilding a thirty foot decommisioned coast guard hull with a 3208 Cat diesel for power. Makes an honest 25 knotts fully loaded. I used this boat as a crabber for a couple of seasons out of Blaine WA. It has two bunks forward and a lot of deck space.

Do you have any pics from when you were guiding?

Paul

Paul, I don't have many pics of guiding up there, it was back in 84/85. I just had the pleasure of returning there this summer (being guided this time) You're right, it's a beautiful part the world!

Paul,
I'm using an Olympus D-460 Zoom digital camera w/1.3 megapixel. (Under $400) Those were taken at 1280x960 and reduced in size and quality using Irfanview (shareware) found at http://softwarecenter.net/irfanview

Oh and the Blast belongs to Mariabelen. Her boyfriend Josh, has an S3T.

Tom...Well, it was all MikeJ's doing on how i got to ride Aarons M2.

Mike overheard that i was bikeless, and he mentioned it to Aaron, and the rest is history. If i had a bunch o' Buells like Aaron,i too would lend one out to a Bueller in need.

I really dig the LABUSA site. A bunch of friggin' nuts over there. I also like the site layout.

Guys don't forget tonight if you're up for Tits For Toys in Philly. I'll be at Cheerleaders at 3:00PM Front & Oregon.

F@cking Hannum's didn't even touch the bike. No M2 this weekend.
