Well, here is a pic...

Lemme know what ya'll think...its gonna be torn apart here soon anyway, heads are going to Wes and Pammy, and I still dont know what to do with the motor yet...but...

Anyway, visually, what do ya'll think?

The carbon is most likely gonna be Candied to match the frame, IF House of Kolor has a close enough match..and the bars and light clanps are gonna be powder coated a color hopefully close neought o Nuke Blue..

No Lucas, didn't go there. Where is that? If its close to Vegas maybe next trip. I think the next trip will be Firebird in AZ.

Anyone know much about the carbon fiber frame protectors. I know about the ones from overseas but just trying to find some here in the US that are like those.

Not stock plastics but here is our racer with the Uly swingarm.

Would there be much benefit to putting a uly swingarm on a factory firebolt? Would cornering suffer?

wishlist for christmas this year (yeah right)

You should actually see a handling benefit rather than suffering. The Uly swingarm is stronger than the pre-06 Firebolt swinger, and also adds a little length to the wheelbase, making thebike less twitchy. This means that you can raise the rear ride height to get it to turn quicker without making it unstable.
Our '06 race bike (Ulysses frame/swinger)handles much better than our '03 one did (XB9R frame/swinger), with no need for a steering damper at any circuits we have raced on this year. The 03 bike needed a damper pretty much all the time.

It's from Victoria in Aus - no such requirements I reckon.
Buelltiful thing it is anyway.

You might be surprised at what Australia's rules are. They just narrowly voted down FRONT license plates for bikes.

Still, those stock mirrors, reflectors, sticker... gotta go! I've seen lots of Aussie bikes, and those things are not required.

Yeah mate - never registered a bike in Vic - but have in just about every other state. Nada reflectors on the side. Picky about the one on the rear was my experience.
cheers
