The Revolver reporter on radio interview today stated.... ( not a quote, but from memory ) Ray Epps's lawyer, who is FBI, Phoenix field office, repeatedly stated mr. Epps was not being run by Law Enforcement. But when asked if he was affiliated with any Federal Agency, did the "not to my knowledge" lawyer mantra. ( if you ever need a lawyer in a criminal case, he will ask specific questions about the crime you are charged with, and tell you not to speak with him about any other crimes. You get caught doing wheelies on Main St after robbing a 7/11? And you aren't being charged for the robbery? Just reckless driving? Your lawyer will not want you to tell him about the 7/11! ) DHS isn't Law Enforcement. Nor is CIA, NSA, DIA, or many alphabet agencies. For all I know he's a paid agent of the Dept. of Agriculture or FCC. But Swamp Thing is a Certainty. Speculation might be Epps is a DHS informant/undercover agent. We won't know unless this breaks open, and that's only going to happen if Wray or another Swamp Thing needs to get immunity for their crimes to stay out of prison. I heard some interesting clips on the Glen Beck show today from the podcast with the founder of the Revolver . We are so screwed . I’m happy to be retiring next year, and enjoying a good ten years or so of riding and 4 wheeling. My children and grandchildren will not have the same luxury. | ||
