But unlike gasoline or minerals, baby food or antivirals, the number of bribable politicians doesn't change much. A few percentage points every few years, at most. So if bribe inflation has priced Joe* out of the reach of ordinary citizens, like diesel, then where does the money come from? FTX simply stole it from people and pension funds.
