4 weeks to go, so it's now THIS month...

I should probably have picked a different title for the subject.

Hugh, I'll see you on the 28th. Looking forward to meeting the new innkeepers. Hope they keep the same breakfast menu and price. Finally getting over the stinking geedee virus I received 2 1/2 weeks ago. Wifey and son also got it. Almost over it, maybe a couple more days we'll be back to normal.

Sounds good, Mike. Sorry to hear your crew has been sick. I’m sure you’ll be ready for a few days of riding after that.

Nice short video on NC 226A, aka “the Diamondback”, the road you’ll spend much of your time riding if you come to the meet:

Video of ride up NC-80 / Buck Creek Road, aka “the Devil’s Whip”. This road begins about 12 miles from the Skyline Village Inn.

These guys do some stupid stuff, like hauling a** on the sections through residential and camping areas, which I’m sure is a great way to increase the presence of law enforcement in the area.

I am planning to stop by. Staying an hour or so north at Mountain View Motorcycle Campground.

Good deal. 19E is a good road so you’ll enjoy the ride down to Little Switzerland.

There are usually some riders hanging out at the overlook in front of the hotel on Saturday morning, and I’ll figure a good place to meet for lunch on Saturday and post that here.
