The lone veteran to attend the D day anniversary. Are there men like these in Amerca anymore? If so, we could use a lot more.

... he's Native American?? Look at the tie and beadwork. Wow. I'd love to see a biography of the man if available. Wow. We watched Gran Torino yesterday, with family that hadn't seen it. I'd forgotten that in the movie Walt had been a Korean War veteran. So was my dad... he never spoke of it. I've always wondered who I might have been had I been allowed a life like that... medical issues early on put a kibosh on those prospects for me. God Bless him, and all those that served in WWII. Really special he was able to be there for the anniversary. I'm betting he has an amazing story to tell, if he's willing to tell it.
