This is certainly a learning exercise. My gadget gives me a "score" every day an hour after I take it off. Kinda like grade school. I've made it to 98, but currently under 70. Ever get a zit in an unwanted part of your face? Got one on the underside of my oversized shnozz. When I go to bed, I gotta be assimilated, and it is not easy or comfortable. I am not achieving my CPAP goals, apparently. Time to pick my nose strategically, and not snore. | ||

Apparently, Luke's my son. Whodathunkit. Going to see the CPAP lady soon. Told her about the zit on my schnoz, and the hypothesis that this CPAP is affecting my sense of humor. It follows logic. I've not been snoring, I've actually been suffocating for an unknown time of my adult life. Years. NOW, with the CPAP, I've been getting the oxygen I've been needing that most folks get for a "normal" good nite's sleep. How long... has this been going on? Anyone know of a BW quality forum about sleep apnea????????????? We spent too long Saturday driving around all Creation trying to source the best/cheepest new flooring. Don't push my Silly Button. I won't reset until I sleep. Been this way all my life- if I get tickled at something, my joke neurons blow up, and it's nothing but yuks after that... mostly mine. I thought M was gonna bail out of the truck, or ask me to drop her off at the pawn shop next to the bus station. She was looking at her ring. | ||

With my old cover-the-nose mask, if it was a little too tight, it would rub the septum raw, but a little tweak to the straps and it would get better. | ||

Bump. I'm still adjusting to CPAP. I think it makes me smarter. Depends on who you ask. I'm telling more jokes. YMMV. I've been told that "Using a CPAP will Change Your Life". Yalp. I should explain things a bit further. I've been told that my sleep apnea is/was one of the worst cases my sleep clinic angel has ever seen. I stopped breathing 55/60 out of a minute. Thought I was snoring... I was basically SUFFOCATING. For... how many YEARS OF MY ADULT LIFE?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? . Love 2 stroke bikes. A buddy had a RD400 and I'm amazed his wife is still with him, after we tore it apart in the dining room of his apartment, and especially after he put his heads in the oven to cure the Guncoat. I advised against that... It stunk up every meal for a week. Not to mention the apartment. I do take full blame for enabling the tear down.  | ||

Me again. M and I argued last nite. It was at her fault that the argument began, on her, but I'll easily allow that she had been overloaded with stress. She took off the ring. Which then lit my fuse.  Long story short. I got up @ 4:58am, did the usual. Coffee, cereal, a bit of frozen blueberries to enhance Life. Cereal. As I consumed breffix, I went to the "Junk Be Gone" website. Hit control "p". Once the pages were printed, I stapled them. Upper RH corner. Laid them down on our kitchen table. Wrote "(a) love me OR (b) turn this over." Then, an inverted coffee mug (chihuahuas), with the ring, my grandmother's ring, as the cherry on top of the cake, so to speak. Also, I left one of my credit cards, if she cared to call Junk Be Gone and get the blessed out of my life. I wasn't hot, I was white hot mad. That she took off the ring I gave her. All is well. Listening now to the love of my life just snoring, she probably needs a new CPAP and then she will be assimilated. My mind is like I just had a Geo Metro, with a 3 cylinder motor replaced with a dang Mazda Wankel design of some sort. They made a twin turbo. I've been apologizing to everyone for both my sense of humor and my logorhrea. I'll report back here tomorrow. Recon... | ||

I was so mad, I got to work EARLY. I'm usually dead nuts on time, today was EARLY. Hoo boy howdy, WTF over. Thought about a king hell joke challenge thread. Does this mean I get prime tent spots at the WVBR?! I carry a portable power supply that I recharge in the day time (RockPals). I picked up a folding solar panel for it this year. I like camping in the field. | ||

The painful part is spending a hundred bones for the adapter to turn 12 volts into 24 volts for the CPAP and the lower voltage it uses to communicate with the mother ship. |
