Hello Zacks- I am guessing that you, your parents, your nephew and, curiously, one daughter never stated they were indefinitely confined, and I am guessing you all have not voted absentee by mail before. If we assume you all are vote in person on Super Tuesday kind of people and always have been, I can't find a reason why MI would send you all ballots without IDs. So I'll have to concede Wisconsin did not seem to follow its own rules. I hope other safety procedures weeded out those extra ballots and those sent out in error to others. The detail about one daughter getting a ballot but (presumably) the others not strikes me as strange.

How many people were at the rally vs how many actually entered the capital vs how many actually created destruction, etc when in the capital. I think the % causing problems was probably really low.

Also, I find it interesting that the tools, equipment and tactics of those causing trouble were practically identical to those of Antifa over the summer. Coincidence?

Hello Rat- I don't see a specific infraction in a specific state to research with the article you posted.
The state of PA and "Equal Protection Clause" are mentioned in the article, but I am unable to guess what specific infraction you want me to check out.

Hogs,
Correct on all counts.
And it was my nephews daughter - easier to explain than great-niece.
As to why only one of his kids? She was one of 2 who had moved out and was a registered voter. The other 3 are living in dim awareness and still in the me-me stage of life (early 20's).
The one I mention lives next door to me and actually has her head tightened down a little more than normal for her peers.

Here's PA:

An overview of the Texas suit, and what prompted them to file it:

Still digging for other information, but you get the idea. Something is rotten in Denmark...

Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and State Supreme Court Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt both represent the state of PA. While it took a while for the State of PA to figure it out, it looks like PA did the right thing by not counting those ballots in question.

Regarding Paxton's suit, I agree Texas had no formal standing to file the lawsuit. From https://www.texastribune.org/2020/12/11/texas-laws uit-supreme-court-election-results/ "Legal experts warned that if Texas succeeded, the case would set a dangerous precedent of allowing states to intervene in one another’s affairs — and allowing courts to overturn settled, certified election results."

So we agree that the TX suit was tossed due to procedural problems, and not a "lack of evidence" as widely reported...

Personally, I think TX has EVERY right to file. State procedures in a Federal election, affect EVERY state. Do your shit right, or your peers will call you on it.

That TX case had both problems but could not get past the standing problem.

The standpoint problem is a joke. How does a state in the union not have standing over something that determines who wins the Presidency. Everyone has standing in that.

Let's face it ... either out of fear or complicity, the courts failed to do their jobs.
