I'm one of those folk that loves to watch Jeopardy! and exercise my noodle a bit- he always made it more fun with his wit and true gentlemanly manner. Plus he's kind of a closeted "bad-ass" after nabbing the guy who tried to mug him in Vegas years ago... I'll still watch the show, no telling who'll replace him, but it'll never be the same. RIP Alex.   86129squids Posted on Monday, November 09, 2020 - 05:26 am:        Watched a good part of the ABC special about him last night... the man led a charmed life, did all kinds of things in the nascent world of television production, and ended up a great philanthropist to boot. I'll have to find that again and watch it in its entirety. Might even buy his memoir- all profits go to charity.
