The judge is wrong on his call. Oh, not the part where he rejects the ludicrous lawyer plea to dismiss all charges because Hunter is picked on by Daddy. That's fine and funny.
It's that the charges were brought by collusion with the DOJ, with the promise and expectation that they would be dismissed. A criminal conspiracy to evade justice, but with the propaganda aspect that lied that Hunter, the spoiled, criminal, brat, of the alleged President, got charged AT ALL, to lie that the law applies to a Biden*, which is generally not so, and the source of his arrogance and criminal behavior.
Or simply, it was all a stunt to lie that the DOJ isn't a corrupt arm and political weapon of authoritarian Klan Party monsters.
If Hunter & his very criminal lawyer thought for a second that the fix wasn't in and he'd walk free untouched, they would have negotiated a different set of charges. Because The Deal was to get him off without prosecution and publicity for billion$ in money laundering and treason charges without pointing at Joe*, The Big Guy.
Unfortunately for the Biden* Crime Family, the new judge is honest enough or self preservation kicked in,( knowing he'd be blamed, and probably prosecuted ) and ruined the anti publicity stunt for the Regime.
No, Joe's going to have to Pardon his own son for lying on his gun paperwork, obviously deliberately. Spoiled crack head sons of rich a-holes are capable of incredible rationalization of their addiction and actions, but it's not possible to say he applied for and purchased a side arm not knowing he was lying on the legal documents.
Seriously, if Hunter's Very Criminal Lawyer thought there was any chance he'd actually go to trial, he'd have negotiated jaywalking or other harmless charges.
It's still unlikely that the bag man for international bribery of the pResident will serve jail time, for charges YOU would go to prison for hard time.
But it's possible, now, that next year, without the blanket amnesty for all crimes Promised him by the DOJ... ( the aspect that the New judge balked at ) Barely possible, that Hunter gets dragged in, prosecuted & asked to testify under oath about his actually serious RICO & Treason crimes.
But I won't hold my breath.
There is a scenario where Trump gets elected in a landslide, while in jail, issues himself a Pardon, and actually does act like his enemies claim, and has everybody involved in the vast criminal conspiracies of the last decade arrested, held incommunicado and persecuted and ruined, just like Jan 6 Victims. Legally. Properly.
Or, asks Putin to send him SVR agents with Polonium & nerve agents, to murder his enemies. Like the Democrats would like you to believe.
I'm more likely to believe Donald calls upon the Amish secret murder squad, ( that normally kills demons in the Hellmouth in Pennsylvania no one admits exist. ) to run all his enemies through a sawmill. |

And by not using "We" I might alienate a few, but I avoid the "Whatta you mean We? paleface" jokes.
No way I'd get away with false gun purchase application, while smoking crack with hookers and posting photos of it. Heck It's a many month process to just get the permit for a handgun in NY, if they bother to process it, and if the LEO has the whim to allow you the privilege.
And I won't mention the Famous Actor's name, but he's had multiple sex assault charges, and the witness/victims do seem to die from utterly natural causes on cue. If that was me, the police would be going over every scrap of paper and electronic device to trace any possible penny I spent on a hit man. |

It is mean to pick on someone for their stutter.
But feel free to pick on Joe*, because he doesn't. He never mentioned this "lifetime problem" until 1987 when his lying became a public issue, iirc he stole the life story speech from a UK politician and claimed he grew up a Welsh coal miner child labor victim. ( that's so insane it can't be right ) Before he grew up in a Black Church that doesn't remember the famous honkey, the Puerto Rican neighborhood that probably didn't exist, and his eldest son dying at Pearl Harbor. ( I made that up! Joe says he died in Iraq, not of cancer, here )
Then there's the repeated slander of the truck driver who his wife pulled in front of, in a tragic fatal family crash.
And now, suddenly, Joe's* going for stolen valor as a handicapped...
Both Obama and Joe* lied about their lives, often, had ghost written novels pretending to be autobiography, and the biggest difference is Joe* was never a Muslim who claimed to convert to atheist Communist.
There's a tiny little probably a lie, I'm mildly curious about. Joe* claims to have been a lifeguard. A weird, pederast or pedophile one according to his own words.
I've been a lifeguard, professional, WSI, and I still teach from time to time. ( lifeguard at a college was the greatest job ever despite low pay )
Like I said, mildly curious if he ever took even the most jr. Lifeguard class!
It's not going to change my opinion of him. |
