I was playing a free game online and an ad popped up for Jucy's Texas Style BBQ in Pewee Valley, KY. The menu and prices look good and I was struck by the idea of doing a possible Meet & Eat there. Pewee Valley is just outside of Louisville, and that's a bit of a ride for almost everybody, but it's something to think about for this summer.

I know nothing about this place. I've never been there, but it is a BBQ joint and I've known a few Badwebbers who'll do some miles for a Meet & Eat.

The address is:

Jucy's Smokehouse BBQ
7626 LaGrange Rd.
PeWee Valley, KY 40056

Waddya think?

Almost 500 miles for me, I don't see it happening.

Naw; there's no interest. One of these days when the weather warms up, I'll ride down and check it out.

Hey Crusty, if you can find something in the Indianapolis area over the weekend of August 21 -- 23, I'm in!

We have an expert who lives there in Indianapolis. I bet he could find a place to meet up. It'll have to be for dinner, though, 'cause I'm planning to be at the races during the day.

I just Googled BBQ in Indianapolis and came up with Jimbo's BBQ on Crawfordsville Rd.(Rt. 136) 5.6 miles from the Speedway. It has the highest rating of all the BBQ joints listed, so it'll probably be good and it's a straight shot from the track.

Ourdee; do you know anything about this joint?

Never heard of that place but I've been here a few times and it was always good:
