You can use the big dinosaurs as a fitting metaphor for big government. Small brains and a tremendous appetite. Unable to change direction quickly without stumbling. And unable to adapt to the new climate. Great video. I especially liked the quote from the unnamed escapee from Soviet state terrorism. Because have no doubt, for all of recorded history, despots rule through terror. Fear of being sent to the gulag. Fear of your neighbors, who are under pressure to inform on ANYONE ELSE to keep the illusion of conformity to the Pravda of the day. Fear of your own children, who are asked to inform on you, sometimes in subtle ways. "Who's parents have guns? Raise your hands. Who's parents have a MAGA hat? Fly a flag? Don't do their part in recycling/energy conservation/saving the planet?" And the fear is not imaginary. No one who wants to work for Google or Facebook, or get a job a lot of places dares to be open about knowing that they are being lied to about guns, or Climate, or rights or crime. It's one thing to hide your opinion on birth control if you work for a birth control maker or seller. It's fear based tyranny to be forced to hide your cross, or your belief in free speech to keep your job working at S-Mart. Not that it's ever polite or acceptable to proselytize or argue with customers. But now you are smart to hide that you shoot skeet, or believe in a God other than Allah or the Holy State. And when Social Credit Systems kick in? But this isn't 20th century Soviet or Chi-com pre-information society. Chinese peasants can't stand when the People's Liberation Army rolls in with guns & tanks. And Despots can't stand against clever counter revolutionaries who can mount a Glock on a drone instead of the 4k camera. RC trucks with home made Claymores. And an information Age savvy population that can find out where you live and where you have lunch, because they post Instagram pics of their Lobster Tacos.... Not that I'm saying anything, I'm just noticing... | ||

When This strategy was applied to S. Africa, I was uneasy about it on multiple levels. I was all for the then White controlled government stopping it's racist ways, but didn't see how they could transition into a free & equal society. Too much bad blood, and the anger was deserved. The long awaited ( 1948- 1974, then 20 years of reform until 1994, when the franchise was finally universal ) reform seemed to go fairly well, if glacial, but the deified Nelson Mandela & his Party were Leftist and it's been arguably downhill economically and may be following Rhodesia/Zimbabwe into a neo-communist hell, if things don't change. Frankly, if you consider the fate of Zimbabwe, S. Africa is an ongoing miracle, albeit on the edge of a very scary cliff. If they can find a charismatic leader educated someplace like Hillsdale instead of Harvard or Oxford, they have a chance at greatness. But Israel is very different from S. Africa. While they have had policies I vehemently disagreed with, their enemies are generally worth opposing on their own lack of merit, based on their actions since WW2, completely aside from Israel. And Israel is the only decent Republic in the region, and a powerhouse of invention & technology. Although I'm not a big fan of their Brit style Parliamentary system. ( possibly from lack of understanding on my part ) I don't think we could operate under that system. We have enough issues with our own. | ||

They appear to have changed their preference to a woman who allegedly lied about her ancestry to get hired by a racist organization that bragged about how not racist they were. ( the very essence and definition of "woke", much like "Oh, it's Just Joe" 's comments ) To be fair, it's entirely possible that Joe never noticed his son was exploiting his father's political position, and getting vast amounts of money for consulting on subjects he had no experience of. Just Joe is pretty darn oblivious, and himself had a job he was utterly incompetent and unqualified for, so other than his public bragging about extortion to hide his son's apparent corruption, we might believe Joe is simply too stupid to notice anything outside his skin. Which has basically become his campaign strategy. "I'm too stupid to be crooked" is apparently a big positive at the DNC. | ||

That's the same line, without the sexism, I use to argue for alternative marriage. I'm not running for office. The difference is, with conservatives, I get the expected spike of anger at a line like, "if you don't want Gay marriage, don't have one" but then ( unexpected the first time ) the logical conclusion that government marriage should therefore be ignored/done away with, and wasn't the whole idea that The State determined who can get married a Democrat ploy to stop Negroes from marrying their White daughters in the first place? Um. Yeah. It is. But Lizzy is talking to a Progressive ( regressive ) crowd. They think in terms of mandatory behaviour, and State Control. While "normal" aka conservative folk who get pushed into uncomfortable thinking seem to conclude a little anarchy is better than tyranny, when it comes to non violent personal behaviour rules. Lizzy would force you to serve against your religious or moral beliefs. Destroy your business & life if you don't want to use your talents to support something you find repugnant. For example, putting a tile mural on the local Communist Party office showing Stalin leading The Soviet People over the bodies of the despised Kulaks of Ukraine who selfishly resisted the Inevitability of Progress. ( Lizzy's dream mural would just change Stalin's face for her's ) Warren would boycott & sue you. I'd assume you were willing to forego the profits from that narrow slice of your customers, and not bother to ask you to do a mural of genocide for me. ( not that I want one ) Just as I'd go to a different baker if I wanted a cake with Zeus & Athena, if he objected to Pagan images. ( I didn't want one. but haven't had breakfast and it sounds delicious.  ) Seems like a fundamental transformation in social tolerance, to me. | ||

But until the memes overcome the lies, it's my opinion that the Censorship Scandal should be front and center on every not-evil person's lips that Big Media shoves a microphone near.
