Wow, that's from WAY back. C'mon though, isn't that a killer cover? Tried to think of it last night to throw back at Joe, had to wait til this morning to email WDVX.
Grace pulled through for me, love those guys... listening right now.

That cover is nice. For me though Debby was the real deal. Before rappers came along trying to have street cred. Debby was my darling.

So, I watched that. It could've been done better in half the time, maybe a quarter.

I watch a couple of Omeleto clips a month. You can wind up with a good one every once in a while. I usually try to think on them for a couple of minutes. Some times I just disagree.

Omeleto makes me hungry. We did a salmon scramble yesterday, could've done omelettes.

They didn't need over 16 minutes of my time.

I try to agree with most everyone.

Wow... my sis took up kayaking a couple of years ago, I've been thinking about it. This story might push me over the edge. VERY cool. Anyone been able to check this out, or even know about it? The Ghost Fleet of the Potomac.

I've had about a dozen kayaks through the years. I prefer riding down rivers with a car waiting at my destination. Second choice is a small lake to paddle around. I've never been an insane boater that rides the short kayaks in white water running over water falls. I prefer 9 to 16 foot kayaks and mellow rides. I have never turned one upside down. (cept the one with all the guns in it ) When fishing from them I don't really want to catch anything. I have also enjoyed small boats and canoes with outboards or trolling motors. My best sight seeing has been in canoes with trolling motors. I had a black 13 foot canoe with dual batteries and a four horse trolling motor for sneaking up and down White River after dark in Indianapolis. I want to build an electric drive into my next kayak.

There are way too many great places to boat/kayak around here. Last time I saw Bald River Falls there were about 6 nutty kayakers working their way up and over/down the falls. E TN has several "blueways". I'd love to float/kayak the Hiawassee through Reliance one day, one of the cleanest/coldest rivers in the world... and catch some trout!!

And yeah, I'd want a rig with an adequate trolling motor to get back to the put-in.

I remember about 4 decades ago tubing rivers in East Tennessee with a watermelon floating beside my tube till lunch time.

My sister went on a white water rafting trip, tourist thing, and a sudden rain turned their mellow run into an expert only no kidding you are in danger experience. They lost one of the tourists. She has a great story.

I learned to kayak, Eskimo rolls and white water, but hang gliding on invisible waves the size of mountains already had my heart, and budget and time had me chose one over the other.

A friend & his GF & I once chipped in to rent a plane & pilot to take us up to see Halley's Comet, which because of orbital position and local cloud cover, was difficult to see in 1986. I spent many late nights freezing with my little refractor & his 6" Cassegrain, with zip results. We finally decided to see "Mark Twain's Comet" before we lost our once in a lifetime opportunity, from 10,000 feet at 3:45 am. While my friends waited in the office, I went out with the pilot to deice the wings and tail, on his Beech, and help him do the preflight, & being the loudmouth talked flying with him. And we did see the Comet through some Navy surplus binoculars. Yea!

As we turned to return the 200 miles to Rochester, the pilot asked me if I wanted to fly back? Sure! He handled air traffic control & I just followed directions on course, altitude, etc. until he took the wheel for the last 50 feet at landing. My friends freaked out when he thanked me for the nap & they found out who was flying the plane for over an hour. ( he was joking ) He also had me bring in my log book and signed me off for the IFR time, while marvelling at the oddball variety.

4 different log books for different flying...although the skydiving one is really plummeting.

I have no idea how you teach that! Our dog will go over a teeter totter for dog agility and balance that though. Our trainer did say she's never seen a dog do that before.

I'll have to remember that for some of the youngn's I know. It's amazing what they don't know. Several of them are smart. I hope to taunt them towards wisdom.

The Confederate flag in that video was upside down when it was on his wall. Anyone who is actually familiar with the flag, and not just making a point, would notice immediately (and not hang it that way in the first place).

With this disclaimer: I Ain't!

I often choose to watch clips and videos based on the educational or thought provoking content. Thought provoctivity gets me in the door. While educational content keeps me seated. Sometimes the subject matter strikes me as totally against my nature. I often allow that to determine if I glean anything from the theater. I recently took in the show "SIX". I found it a fun learning experience and was kept amused during the experience. If you want an odd presentation there is "Queer✨". An explanation of your age related thoughts at seeing the title is within the video. An insight into the word philosophy may open up your thoughts of of the words use in the KJV of the bible while assaulting you sensibilities gleaned from the 783,137 words in the Word. Double entendre, while never stated, could be deeper than our comprehension allows in our daily lives. Even time can be more relative based on our relations do to some animals being more equal than others.....

note: Watch this yourself prior to exposing children to it. Some of you may not want to see it. I found some parts of it offensive.
I'll not make it easy. Here is the YouTube number: 5Hi6j2UXEZM .

Wow! I was wondering how that "wisp" of water you see on the news could affect a fire and now I see it is some serious gallonage.
