He's playing a place holder, and will throw his featherweight support to someone else, a surprise candidate, one not currently running. Now this is entirely my own paranoid fantasy, no one else gets the blame, & any credit I get for being right here is meaningless. I wouldn't put money on it. But I see the near daily memory errors. Joe isn't sure what century he's in, and when he goes off script, the mental health is pretty shaky. His staff has cut back his workload, and to be honest, I'm impressed he does so well at his age. I'd be a wreck on a 2 plus year campaign. ( utter madness to drag it out this long ) So who? & how? How is easy. The D Party just changes the rules at the last minute to reject the entire primary vote business, and the Hypothetical Ringer gets voted in by the delegates assembled. They got away with it in 2016, with Hillary, blatantly packing her votes with unelected & unresponsive super delegates, beholden only to her. A last minute medical crisis declared by the Biden crew clears the way, and gets Joe out of the spotlight on his family's billions of corruption. ( because Trump would need to nothing, but watch as the already ongoing investigation rains muck on Joe ) Sure the other candidates would cry, but the Super Delegates are DNC servants, not theirs. So who? Hillary still wants it but in another year she may be a cubical cyborg. Current pictures don't look good, with angular bracing under a mumu and an impression of severe obesity. She was too sick to campaign 2+ years ago, and I don't think she's getting healthier. I'm thinking Michelle Obama. Untouchable. Zero criticism possible without being labeled racist, misogynist, sexist, and homophobic. Plus mean. Anyone bringing up Joan Rivers and the Trans fantasy would be lynched. By a mob. Literally. Burned in their home. After all, the Party has been building up to mob murder for years now. Unqualified? 8 years in the White House! ( never mind the floor sweeper has 29 years in the White House and is more qualified, by security clearance alone. A job Barry Obama couldn't qualify for ) Corrupt? Prove it! Nobody alive rats on the Obamas. And the First Female, Black, President, without the baggage of 2 freaking years of media attention on the campaign trail. This scenario is... Possible. I don't want to be right, I want an easy to defeat opponent for the Bad Orange Man, or the miracle worker that can take the candidacy from him. | ||

It's pure speculation, based mostly on a belief the people involved are dishonest, but fairly smart, scum. I might think the same if the Rs had a leading but dying candidate, with, say, Jeb as the ringer that gets to skip 2 years of spending & bad media exposure. In either case, it's a trick that requires a willingness & desire to deceive mostly your own Party members so a tiny elite rules. Party leaders with contempt for their own rank & file members as suckers and useful idiots. Since that part is demonstrably true for both Parties, it's, unfortunately, believable. And the idea of saving millions of dollars in the primaries, and side stepping 2 years of quotes that could be used against you? Better yet, it's probably not even illegal. There's no Constitutional requirements for Party choice that I recall. The choice has been made for my entire life at the convention. Back room deals, formerly in tobacco smoke, but now pot smoke filled rooms with power players trading favors and campaign funds & support, for votes, is the accepted normal. After all, the blatant theft from Bernie of votes was legal, if not ethical, in the last election. In 2016, I'd be looking at Jeb, and we had a "loss leader" potential shill in Donald. He was even the primary choice of the Media, like Biden today. Unfortunately for Jeb & the media, if anyone told Donald he was being set up to fail as the obvious person to lose, he just giggled and won. I think he even twitted about it.  If you were a detective you'd be looking at money. Who's getting pledges for later, and who's got access to illegal billions when the Real campaign begins? In 2020 we have the Obama-Soros partnership. There's billions in their illegal funding & over 200 shell propaganda organizations, right in the same house. | ||

I saw her on Tucker the other night (I think; might have been FnF in the morning) and was relatively impressed. She's a bit of a moonbeam-hippie-feelgood chick, but beyond that she seems to have a decent head on her shoulders and is willing to at least TALK to the opposition, instead of simply calling them bigoted racists and storming out like a 3 year old. She's still too far (traditionally) left to become a GOP member...but at least she's not batshit-crazy like the rest of the lefty-loonies. | ||

There are different KINDS of crazy. Williamson is a feel good, hippie kind of crazy. While th details of her spirituality are, perhaps, different than yours or mine, she apparently isn't the totalitarian State Worshipping anti-religious, type many of her opponents are. To them, she is Dangerous. The lust for power may be there, but she isn't in line with the others to Rule and enjoy the corruption that made Just Joe & Barack so rich. I'd speak of institutionalized racism, in detail, from slavery, gun control pointed at blacks, the Klan, Jim Crow laws, and the Urban Welfare Plantation. I'd suggest we keep the statues, so we would never forget, and tear the institution out of American society, over a century overdue. I'd urge a return to family, faith and love of learning. That I don't care which faith, or form of family, as long as tolerance and respect are honored ideals. Then I'd suggest that since the political institution apparently set up & maintains the rules for assistance to discourage marriage, that people get married in Church, or in the Park, in whatever faith tradition they choose, and just skip the racist paperwork that was originally meant to forbid interracial marriage. "We want to get weapons of war off the streets". Well...as a responsible owner, so do I. "Off the streets" means "out of criminal hands", and I agree wholeheartedly with that concept. Once again - it's not the gun, it's the PERSON. Focus on criminals - focus on CRIME - and "getting guns off the street" will follow naturally. My guns - and those of any other law-abiding owner - are not "on the street". Mine are either locked in my safe...or on my person. Period. If one ended up "on the street" (and I wasn't killed as part of that process), it would be immediately reported to law enforcement. So yeah...get 'em off the street. BY GOING AFTER THE CRIMINALS. Leave the rest of us alone. | ||

Yeah. It's like every time I build a new computer, they've got new, incompatible sockets and memory. Paleontology is, like all real science, not settled, and won't be. They used to paint Dinos with green & brown hides. ( despite almost nothing today other than frogs being green, and it would still be good camo ) and now they paint them with feathers.
