((((((((Well, a month and a week)))))))) I'm still hoping to meet Glitch! It looks like Lodge room one is still open for that weekend. Also looks like all the cabins are booked. Room #1 has a Queen and a single bed. With taxes it comes to about $80 a night. You can pitch a tent for $15 a night. There is usually enough room in the 4 wheeler parking on the other side of the creek to dry camp. We may have a crowd! WooHoo. Fire wood is available. Just $10 a wagon or wheelbarrow load. Please, take a turn to get a load and enjoy the campfire. The wood money helps to keep Twos open and improved. The roads around Twos are some of the best motorcycle roads in the US. Jim's in my opinion can't be beat for Q. I've had almost every dish Twos offers and I have not been disappointed. The huge porch with chairs and rockers is filled with great stories and friends to be made from locals to visitors. I've always found an open seat. It's hard to imagine what famous personality you may meet without knowing it. Someone later usually asks, Do you know who that was?" If, you make it to Twos tell Bill thank you. I want to attend the Blairsville Sorghum Festival on the 19th and 20th. It has lined up with Buelltoberfest in the past years but I keep missing it. Cost is $5. I plan on sneaking over to it on Sat. or Sun. | ||

I have camped in more places than I can recount,all over the USA, but my favorite campground is TWoS. Pitching my tent beside Canada Creek is a sure fire recipe for a wonderful night's sleep. There is no place that I enjoy more for camping and I'm really looking forward to being there next month. It's going to be a great way to cap off the season! | ||

I don't think it is possible to reserve a camp spot, it is first come first serve. Plenty of room to pitch a tent away from any neighbors. | ||

No reservation required for camping is there? You are correct. Campers just need to show up. There is a box by the front door with papers for after hour use. | ||

I'll be there Saturday more than likely. Ann and I will be driving. A murder machine is not in the cards this go round. But I'm working on it. Been real busy helping Kdan and Bambi finish their log cabin. |
