WV Buell Rally #12!! When: August 15th to the 18Th Where: Northbend State Park Cokely Campground overflow camping (same place as always) Why: I miss you guys and gals If everyone ponies up $20 bucks, it should cover the campground, firewood, some beer and some snacks If you are gonna camp, I've got the campground reserved. I'll be there with the 1190SX and the Z125Pro this year. Might leave Wednesday night and get there mid day on Thursday. I'll be there late Thursday if I leave that day. | ||

Well; all I can say is you really shouldn't try to pass off that burned slab of meat to all the upright folks who'll be in attendance. I'll tell you what; just to be helpful, I'll force myself to eat that and you can feed some nutritious Tofu with bean sprouts to the other attendees.  | ||

...wonder what distilled beer tastes like. Scotch! That's all Scotch is except they don't put any hops in it. Hops don't work so well in distilling. We made some hootch using several bad stouts and it wasn't bad. Then we had a friend who worked at a brewery that had a barrel of Imperial Stout that was 11%. It had oxygenated and they couldn't sell it so we "reduced" it. We then put it in oak barrels for 5 months and it came out really good. Pwnzer tried some a couple of years ago. It smelled like vanilla and tasted like chocolate! So we got the recipe for this stout and brewed it without any hops and barrel aged it for 6 months. It tasted like chocolate wine!! We're reducing it a little at a time and putting it back in oak. Time will tell but the original hootch had a good flavor considering the alcohol. It's illegal for me to do anything like that, my friend is in Missouri where it's legal for home consumption. To keep from highjacking this thread I'll bring some to the "meetin" if I can remember it!! | ||
