Truth is truth it's why the politicos can't handle President Trump They live the lie.
^ Hey Oldog!
Not my words; written two years ago but still ring true today:
My leftist friends (as well as many ardent #NeverTrumpers) constantly ask me if I’m not bothered by Donald Trump’s lack of decorum. They ask if I don’t think his tweets are “beneath the dignity of the office.” Here’s my answer:
There could not have been a man of more quiet dignity than George W. Bush as he suffered the outrageous lies and politically motivated hatreds that undermined his presidency. Could there be another human being on this earth who so desperately prized “collegiality” as John McCain? Has there been a nicer human being ever than Mitt Romney? And the results were always the same.
This is because, while we were playing by the rules of dignity, collegiality and propriety, the left has been, for the past 60 years, engaged in a knife fight where the only rules are those of Saul Alinsky and the Chicago mob.
I don’t find anything “dignified,” “collegial” or “proper” about lying, as 0bama did, about what went down on the streets of Ferguson, Mo., or lying about the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi and imprisoning an innocent filmmaker to cover your tracks. I don’t see anything “statesmanlike” in weaponizing the Internal Revenue Service to destroy your political opponents and stifle any dissent.
But while the left has been taking a knife to anyone who stands in its way, the right has continued to act with dignity, collegiality and propriety.
With Donald Trump, this all has come to an end. Trump is America’s first wartime president in the Culture War.
During wartime, things like “dignity” and “collegiality” simply aren’t the most essential qualities one looks for in their warriors. Ulysses Grant was a drinker whose behavior in peacetime might well have seen him drummed out of the Army for conduct unbecoming. Had Abraham Lincoln applied the peacetime rules of propriety and booted Grant, the Democrats might well still be holding their slaves today. Lincoln rightly recognized that, explaining to Grant’s critics: “I cannot spare this man. He fights.”
Trump is fighting. And not only is he fighting, he’s defeating the left using its own tactics.
Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” is a book so essential to the liberals’ war against America that it was the playbook for the entire 0bama administration and the subject of Hillary Clinton’s senior thesis.
Trump’s tweets may seem rash and unconsidered but, in reality, he is doing exactly what Alinsky suggested his followers do.
First, Trump isolated CNN. He made it personal. Then, just as Alinsky suggests, he employed ridicule, which Alinsky described as “the most powerful weapon of all.”
He has left CNN and its friends with two options: report the news accurately, or ratchet up the propaganda.
The problem is that, if they were to start honestly reporting the news, that would be the end of the Democratic Party they serve. It is nothing but the incessant use of fake news (i.e., propaganda) that keeps the left alive.
Imagine, for example, if CNN et al. had honestly and accurately conveyed the evils of the 0bama administration’s weaponizing of the IRS to against its political opponents or his running of guns to the Mexican cartels or the truth about the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the 0bama administration’s cover-up.
This leaves them no other option but to ratchet up the fake news, conjuring up the next “nothing burger” and devoting 24 hours a day to hysterical rants about how it’s “worse than Nixon.”
As they become more hysterical, they become more obvious. Each new effort only makes it more clear to any objective observer that Trump is and always has been right about the fake news media.
Do I wish we lived in a time when our president could be “collegial” and “dignified” and “proper”? Of course I do. These aren’t those times. This is war.
So, say anything you want about this president. I get it. He can be vulgar, he can be crude, he can be undignified at times. I don’t care. I can’t spare this man. He fights.
Hey trolls. This includes thousands inside including the floor, thousands outside, thousands at the airport and lining the streets. A President Trump rally includes much more than just inside a venue. There are multiple events and places to see him! Thank you North Carolina!
I've got news for Libs that called President Trump's rally a KKK meeting; there are still American Patriots in America. We come in all colors, shapes and sizes. We are young and old alike shoulder to shoulder loving our country, our flag, and President Trump. One Squad under God!
President Trump, we want to say Thank you for being the best President ever. Thank you for being our voice and Thank you for paving the way for all Americans to have an opportunity at obtaining the American Dream. We Love you so much more. God Bless You.
IMHO, that's not why Trump disagreed with the chant. You don't deport citizens simply because you disagree with them. If Trump had wanted to send her out of country because he disagreed with her political opinions, that's TYRANNY. He (paraphrasing) said, "if you don't like America, CHOOSE to LEAVE ASAFP!" He did not say, "You disagree with me, therefore, you're excommunicated from America. That's the difference. It makes all the difference. He's stern, but not a tyrant. How does no one else see that?
Just happened by the boob tube this morning. Today show was on. Ass hat leftists were proudly promoting the new Marvel movie coming out. It is going to be all about a L/G sexually f-dup superhero. Oh boy can't wait to drop my $20 into the left pump. ....not.
The panel were all sitting there pumping their political correctness to and at each other all agreeing how badly we need this new film.
I'd liked to have seen anyone in their employ or studio crowd stand up for the first amendment in being able to show displeasure with the LGBT being the main feature of the new movie. Guarantee they would be removed.
So the next point I'm trying to make, is the talking out both sides of their mouths to the point they even look confused about what they are saying. Most of them lay claim to a religion that proclaims one man one woman marriages, while they have been selling the gay lifestyle as being the new normal for a long time.
They are so far past the point of "agree with us or you will never be heard again".
Watching Face The Nation over the weekend had me turn off the TV for the rest of the day. Their lies are so blatantly obvious some of them are looking confused by their own words as they speak them. It cannot sustain itself forever.
I used to enjoy watching TV. Learning things, keeping up with events and news. However inaccurate the story, at least you knew it happened. Now I absolutely hate how they are changing history. Little things, like Kennedy's accent in his to the moon speech where he did not mispronounce " decade", he simply did so as a man from Massachusetts would have at that time. But now it is not different....its racist.
I was just listening to the radio and they had a guest on that made a great statement. They were talking about how there's only 20% of the Millennial's support Trump. He stated that we have left our education systems to be run by leftest and because of that our kids are not being taught how to think for themselves but what to think. I couldn't agree more! The department of education should be disbanded and leave education to locals. That way the left loses control over everybody's content. History is being left out for a reason.
There are quite a few hits re: his visit when I search, but I'm having little success finding much in the way of photos accurately representing his campaign stops. Here's an example of what's coming up:
This is a Biden rally in Las Vegas last Saturday. Notice the venue is different than the pix FB1 originally posted. Notice that there is almost no one at this rally either. Maybe Biden held two lightly attended rallies in Vegas.
Apparently from an anti-military industrial conspiracy theory guy. I haven't researched his position during the Obama regime to determine his political bias. But he doesn't seem to be an anti-Trump zealot, even though he strongly disagrees with his foreign policy..
Yes, you actually can disagree with someone and not hate him so much you'll lie & abandon all morals to tear them down.
And while my knee-jerk reaction is the author is wrong, I'm not sure he's delusional. After all, if you told me back in 2001 that the Head of the FBI would be a corrupt inhuman monster who refused to prosecute the treasonous actions of one Presidential candidate and lied to prosecute the other... Actually, I might have believed that, since I remember Hoover.
That's describing chess at a very high level. I would be curious what Bolton's motivation would be in this.
There is a much simpler scenario. BO struck a deal with Iran that sucked for the US and that Iran, like all similar agreements, had no intention of upholding anyway. From there, Iran acts like a spoiled child, acting out, wanting even more hand outs. Trump however, doesn't have respect for spoiled children. The UK has just been caught with their pants down while trying to figure out their internal struggles.
Seems to be a great idea. I did notice that there are 10,000 staffers for 388,000 square miles of BLM land. That comes out to one staffer for every 6 mile by 6 mile section of land. That seems a bit hard to justify considering the majority of it is desert.
