I think we need a thread on election hijinks and battles. Example, even though this was all known for years, the Media didn't report much on this, because reporting on Obama scandals got your story killed, and sometimes your life hacked by the Obama police state. But now? It's dirt to kill the enemy's campaign, and Just Joe is the enemy to all the other 7000 candidates. Ruthless, pampered, easily offended, and often lacking the self control to moderate their positions. The push to out promise & out radical the next gal, to get headlines, has led to promises like "When elected, I will declare a crisis and take all the guns by Executive Order" & implying that Citizens that might rebel against gun confiscation will be nuked. Both statements that only fringe lunatics would say out loud just a few years ago, but are becoming acceptable ? Really? Let the figurative blood letting begin! | ||

Contrast that to China today, after years of "one child policy" which led to aborting millions of female babies, a disproportionate too many guys population , severe anti gay policies, and as many Chinese woman as can escape running to other countries, including the U.S. as they can. So the good news is lots of cute Chinese babes looking for husbands, here, who aren't the sexist pigs of back home. ( imagine the seagulls from the cute fish cartoon movie ) The Bad news is over a billion Chinese young men of college/Army ave who have zero hope of getting laid at home, severe pressure against homosexuality, and who's only hope of heterosexual marriage or sex is to conquer some other country. Taiwan, for example. I suppose the specter of a giant gay Chinese Army is even more frightening.  | ||

I think that Warren running for office is a great thing. Not because I like her and want her to succeed; rather because I want the rest of the country to know EXACTLY how crappy my state is . It's important for people in real states to know how bad it is elsewhere. | ||

Biden says Bush tricked him into voting to free Iraq. Biden lies. And he was an enthusiastic supporter when Bill Clinton bombed Iraq, and his excuse was Saddam had poison gas, ( true ) and supported terrorists. ( also true ) And you can't blame Bush for Biden's enthusiasm for the liberation of Iraq. After all, Hillary knew Saddam had poison gas and supported terrorists, she said so before voting for the war. She said she knew it for certain because she'd sat in on briefings with Bill. And the Afghanistan as the righteous war, while Iraq was a "war of choice"? Bull. Obama said the same thing. Meanwhile, Obama abandoned Iraq to Iran. I cannot express my feelings, having lived through Congress abandoning Vietnam. This site has rules. Then there's the daily death count gleefully reporting each casualty during the Bush years, followed by absolute silence as Obama needlessly got troops killed in numbers that ???
