Beautiful day for it here in TC. Looks to be a great night too. I'll be staying home with the new pup tonight though. She's been fine with the small amount of fireworks the past couple of nights, so I'm hopeful tonight will pass with ease.

Happy 4th to you all! Our "fireworks" will probably come in the form of some doozy's of a thunderstorm- radar shows them setting up early, just passing Nashvegas...

Have fun, be safe! Gotta figure how to do burgers and dogs in the deluge... might have to be stovetop.

Burgers prepped. 95% lean, beef from M's son who went in with a group and bought a whole grassfed steer... everyone has gobs of good beef now. Used some garlic/cheese croutons and a good dose of fried onions to bind, with egg and butter. Chipotle, sugar and coffee rub seasoning.

Ran out of Benton's dogs (Fischer Meats in Louisville KY makes them), got some Hebrew Nationals ready to go. M's world class potato salad, cole slaw, cold beer.
