https://www.spiked-online.com/2019/05/13/brexit-pa rty-why-the-shit-isnt-sticking/ It's possible the people are catching on to the repeated lies on tv all day, every day. I'm pessimistic, but Just Joe WAS for the border wall before he was against Trump. I know that. You know that, and it's possible the other 22 odd Democrats running for President will embrace a meme telling that truth to defeat him. That moment is when a smart Republican leader, if one exists, could move to fact based campaigning, and figuratively Dragon fire the election. |

From The Resurgent It is notable that Justin Amash, having read the Mueller Report, concludes that President Trump should be impeached. Amash is level headed, responsible, and not prone to tantrum. Republicans should take his points seriously. When Bill Clinton was impeached, it happened in the lame duck period of December 1998, and the newly elected Senate picked up the trial win January of 1999, concluding by February of that year. We are now in May of the year after a Democratic take over of the House. The Democratic primaries are in full swing. If the Democrats want to hold hearings on impeachment, so be it. But as the clock is ticking, we head to a Presidential election year. It seems more advisable to settle thing through an election than through an impeachment. As to that election, what are we offered? On one hand we are offered the lowest peace time unemployment since after World War II. We are offered a roaring economy. We are offered sensible tax policy, deregulation, and fifty states able and willing to set many of their own policies. We are offered seriousness in foreign policy, both in the Western Hemisphere and the East. The Democrats have offerings of their own. They offer sheer radicalism on abortion up to legalizing infanticide. The extent to which Democrats scream that this is not true is only exceeded by their willingness to legislate it into law. They offer to shut down Christian small businesses that do not embrace the Democrats’ side of the culture war. They offer to scrap our economic gains through high taxes, wealth taxes, and socialism. They offer to destroy what’s left of our healthcare system and bankrupt the nation. They offer willful naiveté on the issue of the border and they are willing to again pick up the mantle of useful idiots for a host of our enemies. The time for fighting about impeachment has largely come to an end, crashing into a President election year. And in the election year we are forced to choose between a deeply flawed President who views only the press as his enemy and a Democratic Party who views at least 50% of the nation as their enemy. As much as there are things I don’t like in this administration, I appreciate this President does not view traditional values and those who hold those values as enemies in need of re-education or silence. We don’t need to impeachment President Trump. We need to re-elect him. The Democrats are showing us who they are and they are positively Soviet. |

Amash is level headed, responsible, and not prone to tantrum. Amash has a substantial Chinese conflict of interest: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/05/18/re publican-justin-amash-calls-for-impeachment-while- holding-personal-business-interests-in-china/ |

With no crime committed, and no action against the investigation, I fail to see obstruction. Telling the planet you are not guilty and wanting to fire the dishonest political Special Counsel is just being human & honest. Of course in the Obama Social Justice department, honestly protesting your innocence is a crime. |

https://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2019/0 5/20/pollak-democrats-cant-figure-out-an-answer-to -trumps-foreign-policy/ The D Party anti Russia outrage is fake. The socialist scum have Russia envy. If only they could execute their political enemies too! Obama, in a rare moment of transparency, openly envied the Chinese ease with oppressive imprisonment and murder. The two years of lying, anti Trump fake Russia hate has seriously hurt any rational foreign policy. We should have an agreement with Putin to keep his warm water port in Syria in exchange for their support of Iran & the Hezbollah & Hammas terrorist groups. |

'Trump offered himself as a citizen, at great personal risk, to lead the country. He made the case to the public on critical issues that had been ignored or on which the country was being sold out by its permanent leadership and about which the public was gravely concerned. Trump picked up the trampled flag and hollered, "Follow me." ' https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2019/05/one_m ystery_in_the_mueller_report_still_needs_solving.h tml |

From Ducbsa's above link...
quote:One hand clapping. That's the sound after the Mueller report's release. Why? Because one of the questions we would have hoped to see answered in the report is, what, exactly, was the charge against President Trump; what, exactly, is he supposed to have done?
This is exactly the question I would like an answer to. I would be curious to find out if the FBI has ever, in it's entire history, done a 2 year investigation, without a crime being reported. My guess would be no. In fact, to do so, is in itself a crime. It violates one of our most basic legal premises, the presumption of innocence. The people involved should have to answer for this. |

In order to obstruct justice you have to have a crime. There was no crime committed so you can't have obstruction of justice. These people don't care about the truth, just more lies to their base. |

However, if they know they have a legitimate asylum case, they should file for asylum legally at a port of entry, Or...as in most (every) other country...file at a consulate, BEFORE you enter the country. Better yet, give out Pelosi's home address, office address, office phone, and email address. And Schumer's. And Gillibrand's. And all the others who say "we welcome illegal immigrants with open arms". Prove it. |

Theresa May would love to have Trump imprisoned Is she still PM? Last night the news was making it look like her formal resignation was imminent ( ). That question aside: Yes, she would; she's neck-deep in the coup attempt, IMO. |

quote:The White House Office of the Press Secretary FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE May 23, 2019 Today, at the request and recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States, President Donald J. Trump directed the intelligence community to quickly and fully cooperate with the Attorney General’s investigation into surveillance activities during the 2016 Presidential election. The Attorney General has also been delegated full and complete authority to declassify information pertaining to this investigation, in accordance with the long-established standards for handling classified information. Today’s action will help ensure that all Americans learn the truth about the events that occurred, and the actions that were taken, during the last Presidential election and will restore confidence in our public institutions.

quote:BOOM! – Process Started – President Trump Issues Authorization Memorandum for Declassification CTH - May 23, 2019 There was a DC rumor that “a website” was “surprisingly spot-on” when CTH posted the likely declassification structure, agency process and timing (here, here and here). Tonight, President Trump sign[ed] a declassification memo that identifies the intelligence units, and issues guidelines therein. [snip] - First, I did not anticipate the Secretary of Treasury (likely related to Papadopoulos money tracking and/or, Clinton Foundation, and/or CFIUS ((Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States)), and/or all the above). - Second, I also did not anticipate the Secretary of Energy (likely related to Uranium One and Clinton); that’s interesting [emphasis CTH - FB]. However, for the rest of it, here’s what all this means (backstory). There is a formal process that must be followed. President Trump has now authorized that process.

quote:President Trump’s Declassification Directive Outlines Specific Process and Direction CTH - May 23, 2019 Now that President Trump has officially designated the Declassification Memorandum we can review the specifics for process, content and timing. Our previous research led to a set of expectations for the directive. Now that we have the directive in hand, we gain increased clarity of purpose. First, President Trump has assigned ownership of the Directive to U.S. Attorney General William Barr. This part was predictable because the purpose of declassification would be to facilitate a DOJ review of how the intelligence apparatus was used in the 2016 election. Additionally, because the DOJ review encompasses intelligence systems potentially weaponized in 2016 for political purposes and intents, President Trump carries: (a) declassification authority; but also: (b) an inherent conflict. In this DOJ endeavor candidate Trump would have been the target of corrupt agency activity; and therefore would be considered the target/victim if weaponization were affirmed by evidence. To avoid the conflict President Trump designates the U.S. Attorney General as arbiter and decision-maker for the purposes of declassifying evidence within the investigation[.] [snip] Additionally, AG Bill Barr does not need to assemble the intelligence product for approval by the executive (Trump). Instead the office of the president is granting the AG full unilateral decision-making as to each product being considered for declassification. This is a huge amount of trust from the President to the Attorney General, and a big responsibility for William Barr[.] [snip] Secondly, following protocol, the Memorandum is specific to the agencies carrying the documentation that will be reviewed by the Attorney General: The Secretary of State (Pompeo); the Secretary of Treasury (Mnuchin); the Secretary of Defense (Shanahan); the Secretary of Energy (Perry); the Secretary of Homeland Security (McAleenan); the Director of National Intelligence (Coats); the Director of the CIA (Haspel), and the Attorney General himself (Barr). The agencies give insight into the intelligence product (ie. evidence) being reviewed. The Treasury and Energy agency was surprisingly notable: Considering the purpose of the Memorandum: “The Attorney General is currently conducting a review of intelligence activities relating to the campaigns in the 2016 Presidential election and certain related matters“ [emphasis in original - FB], the appearance of Treasury and Energy would indicate the pre-existence of investigative evidence; that would be subject to ongoing DOJ review; and potentially be part of ongoing proceedings. Potential target issues could include: (1) an investigation of Uranium One; (2) an investigation of the Clinton Foundation; and, (3) an investigation of matters related to payments to Iran.
