Looking at the swingarm, might be a Long. Hard to tell. Have a dealer run the VIN for you - that will at least give you the first purchaser's info (individual/demo/promo bike/Company Owned Vehicle/etc). Stolen or declared as being destroyed in an insurance fraud fire. May be one someone tried to license in a California non-legal way and got it stuck in bureaucratic purgatory. Parts may have been assembled on a no vin frame. I'd seguro have the law involved in running the vin. Crusty, I came across some Craigslist stuff in Indianapolis that was so weird the only person I could send it to was 1313. I couldn't even post a picture of it on BadWeb. No MSO was provided with Race-Use bikes, making titling nearly impossible. From what I last heard, the program ended about a year ago.
