Exactly 100 years ago, on November 11, 1918, the "War To End All Wars" ended.

Take a few moments to think about it today.

+1000. Any chance I get when I'm out, if I meet someone in uniform or an old man with one of those veteran's hats, I thank them for their service.

To all my BW veteran buddies, thank you.

Been thanking for over 40 years, expecially the Vietnam Vets for the way they were treated so shi**y when they came home and the subsequent decades after. No veteran deserves that kind of treatment, even if one is for or against the war they were in.....just take care of them and give them all the help they need.Thank them so they know they were appreciated for what they did. They have seen/ experienced things that many of us never have and thus have affected them. Many are forever changed, some worse than others.Yeah, they're all special to me and have a special place in my heart and soul.World War 2 vets are another group special to me for special reasons.LT
