I was surprised about the Hero screwing not being mentioned.
I'd guess he's worried about getting a legal hassle from Hero. As far as what's been "officially" put out there, we know there was a disagreement between Erik Buell Racing and Hero about money and work. That was documented in the legal proceedings after the company went into receivership. Unofficially, several people I'd trust to tell the truth have said Hero did their best to royally screw Erik Buell Racing.
Still, you have to hope one day somebody will tell the whole story minus any filtering.
It comes down to reliable sources and he didn't have one (see the comments). If someone would be willing to step up with reliable facts, then I'm sure he would edit a new version. In short he did the right thing.
Who knows, we might get to watch it happen all over again...
