Good news, I am off Friday but not Thurs, so I'll be heading out tomorrow night after work. I should be getting there around sunrise assuming I don't end up needing to take a long nap. | ||

I just printed up a bunch of route maps for the Hillbilly Hot Dogs ride. Then I watched the local weather forecast. We might be wearing rain gear a bit for this year's rally. | ||

I ain't worried; I get wet every day when I take my shower. While I don't look forward to riding in the rain, I just slow down a bit and ride anyway. This time of year, it's a warm rain, which ain't quite so bad as winter rain. That really sucks. Anyhow; it looks like the rain will be in the early part of the morning, then maybe at night. That's if the weather forecasters get it right. What are the chances of that happening? | ||

We are in the same deal Froggy is. I have a meeting til 3:30 so we won’t leave our home til 4. Should make it there in the wee hours of the morning! But we are hooked up, packed and ready to roll.  | ||

It's hard to believe that there are no pictures of my turtle slippers. Well; I just took a couple here at home.   I took a picture of Mark's big mouth bass shoes, but the light wasn't right and you can't see them in the photo. And nobody took a picture of Roy's fluorescent orange clown shoes. That's a shame. Next year, the theme is Pajama Pants. Everybody has a year to come up with something, uh, interesting. I'm going to have a bit of a problem since I don't wear pajamas. | ||
