If I understand this all correctly, the lady who was arrested was neither a representative of Trump's campaign, or a representative of the NRA. I'm not even clear that she did anything that isn't commonly done by illegal aliens who are pushing their political agenda. In fact, it sounds like she was here legally. I'm pretty sure this is very selective prosecution (perhaps persecution is closer to the truth) to fulfill a political meme. So far, what I've read is pretty thin on real wrong doing. Perhaps I've missed something?

All roads lead to Russia which just so happens to be our enemy in case Mr. Trump confused everyone here.

Remember when Russia being a threat was just going back to 1980's politics? Funny how things are so fluid for liberals.

Looks like the NRA story is Republican Establishment NeverTrumper bull.

What idiot would believe a civil rights and safety/training organization that is way down the list in money spent in politics, and has a pro freedom, pro rights, focus, would be any use in influence on anything Putin would want?

"Gee, Senator, we'd really appreciate it if you could vote against stealing our property and violating our rights. And while you're at it, could you see fit to giving control of a big percentage of Uranium mining to Hillary Clinton's illegal donors?"

not bloody likely

The NEA? That would make sense. They already share ideology with the Soviets. Have much more power and money, and are dedicated, by public statement! to gathering and holding political power.

Or SEIU. Practically a branch of the KGB anyway. (Edit. Sarcasm. I doubt the SEIU has a direct connection to a "spy" handler. Any more than Obama does. There are cutouts. And, of course the Committee for State Security, KGB, is now the Foreign Intelligence Service & Federal Security Service. )

As to the comments from known liar under oath and former spymaster about Trump Not being a complete moron and insulting a foreign leader to his face on planetary tv?

See joke where Donald cures cancer and is accused of hating doctors.

Seriously, the same week Trump insults half the European aristocracy in twits in the morning, and acts like a statesmen in the afternoon?

I'm not sure which show is more amusing. European leaders giving in to demands they keep their word on treaties, or The Press and The Left melting down on their own hate.

Don't get me wrong. Feel free to criticize Trump. I do.

Just use Truth and reason. Not propaganda from the Klan Party and Republicans!

How desperate are the Dems? In response to this tweet...

BREAKING: Trump just said he trusted Putin over the American military and the American intelligence services, in the assessment of election interference. He absolutely needs to resign. What a complete and utter disgrace. Absolutely disgusting. What a traitor. #TreasonSummit

...Representative Steve Cohen (D-TN) replied with this:

At least she was diverse. That's Important today. : )

Actually serious charges, you can get kicked out of the country after jail time for that.

Still seems like poor marketing, but if you have the budget, of course you'd want to sell to the "conservative types" that go to Prayer Breakfasts.

I told my Union it was smarter to bribe both sides... Or in less bald terms, to cultivate favor from multiple factions since only one may not be in power forever. Which happened, and will happen again.

Paranoia May Destroy Ya’ – The Collective Response From the Co-Conspirators
CTH - July 17, 2018

At first glance saying yesterday was a very good day might sound like spin. However, for those who have been frustrated about the lack of righteous push-back from the executive office, the attacks from the former “spygate” co-conspirators might be just what is needed to trigger President Trump to declassify the underlying material.

Consider [these] tweets:

Think about the bigger questions: Why would former administration officials feel the need to engage in such discourse? What exactly does their response say about their personal attachment to current events? And, more importantly, what do they all have in common?

If you note they are all connected to the intelligence apparatus, and more specifically the well-documented FISA abuse, well, yeah, things start making a lot of sense. After all, at the center of all the intelligence corruption in 2015/2016 is the exploitation of FBI/NSA databases for political opposition research and weaponization.

The over-the-top responses to a meeting and press conference between President Trump and Russian President Putin highlight the extent to which the prior officials have formed all of their defenses around the Russian conspiracy narrative. They are all-in.

It is difficult to understand why so many would want to see our top diplomat use a press conference to drive a wedge between us and Russia. Any country for that matter. What ever happened to the left's demand for "nuanced diplomacy"? It's not like Trump was promising "more flexibility" after the election or something. I certainly don't consider Russia to be a good friend to the US, but why would we want to force them into being completely adversarial? It just doesn't make sense. These people are not acting in the best interest of the US.

So are many leaders of countries that we consider "friendly" to the US. BO as our President actually bragged about being good at killing people. The Clinton's, one way or another have pretty much left a trail of blood behind them. If you start making those black and white decisions on world leaders, you are going to find yourself in a country with few allies. The world won't become a better place by focusing on the negatives of our world leaders. Keep in mind that actual policies, have more sanctions on Russia under Trump than we had under BO. It's all part of sausage making.

Sure he is. Um... He sure is.

These dishonest Machiavellian wastes of breath expect us to believe Trump SHOULD call another leader a lying sack during a diplomatic mission press conference?

This isn't "he said, she said". This is "I say he said" . Really, "this is what he meant", with no actual quotes. From known liars.

I see no reason to believe them any more than I believe the R candidate from six years ago wanted a return to slavery for black Americans. That's what Joe Biden of the Klan Party said. Talk about revealing projection!

Or that Trump supporters are Nazis, as we are told by actual Socialists, today, and proud Communist Antifa, accusing everyone else of being violent thugs.

Next, they will demand those who are not Socialists wear a distinctive mark on our clothing, so we can be treated "properly" by the public & by restaurants and shops. Perhaps a Star of David?

It's hard to negotiate with anyone after you piss them off. They probably hacked us and I'm sure we've messed with them. Water under the bridge. Why not look past this one item and try to work out a mutually beneficial plan for both countries. The Donald knows all this and so do most of us. He's actually being both a political person as well as a businessman. How's that go, keep your friends close and your enemies closer?

And Kim murdered people by tying them to the muzzles of anti aircraft guns then had tanks run over the splatter to turn them to grassy goo.

The "we shouldn't negotiate with THEM!" propaganda is such a blatant lie on so many levels that those who spout it should be stripped naked and paraded through town with the crowd yelling " Shame! ".... But only if they look as good as the Queen in Game Of Thrones. ; )

Putin's murderous habits didn't keep Barry from calling him "my good friend" so keep that in mind.

Next week, when Donald gives a speech on ( pick a subject ) they will scream he wants to kill ( fill in the blank ) and must, indeed, be Hitler.

I understand your cautionary statement well, Hootowl, and agree with your making it. Meeting with Putin is fine, sucking up to him, criticizing and equating America with Russia, etc., is shameful. Putin either owns Trump for something in the past, Trump is putting his business interests above those of America, he's an idiot, or all of the above. The alternative, the democrat party, sucks. Good things have happened with this administration, we've gotten lucky with the Supreme Court openings, etc., it's just a da*n shame we have to have this egotistical, insecure, self interested fool at the top.

If you have a cynical but hard realistic knowledge of history, it is obvious that if the U.S. In late 1945 had nuked Moscow, and Soviet forces in Europe, that hundreds of millions of lives would have been saved over all. No Iron Curtain, no gulags, no communist revolutions in Africa, Asia, South America.

One more on Mao and the lives saved would be on the order of a billion people not murdered, and over five billion never enslaved by the ideology of a man who desired to be Lucifer, to rule the world after murdering God. ( seriously, have you read Marx? )

Because More than half the planet was so enslaved, and a substantial percentage still is.

But that's all "if only" from More than half a century ago. There were many reasons not to go to war against Stalin as we finished WW2, but if Truman had been able to see the future?

No one today who is honest can deny Patton was right.

So..... Do you have the curse of Prophesy? Is today the day where shooting down Putin's plane saves five billion people from death and suffering? Would going to full, unrestricted, war with China's new God King and the billion+ killed in Bejing, LA, San Francisco, & New York City be well worth preventing the biological warfare agent that will murder 97% of humanity by 2022?

It might be. But unfortunately you only see those connections after the mass murders happen....

there may be modern Cassandras, who have such insight, but are cursed to never being believed, and certainly hundreds of folk that warn about trends and motives.

But few listen because the American Media is too busy being a Party organ crying about twits.

No, it is not correct. It is a biased article that includes what helps their case and leaves out what doesn't. Kind of like the biased garbage Shaun Hannity puts out nightly. Hey, I can't stand the left and the biased, over the top crap they put out daily but I can't stand all the biased crap put out by certain right groups/people either. Trump clearly sided with Putin on Russian interference and he did it on the world stage. Shameful. Beyond that he criticized the U.S., equated Russia and America, etc. Unbelievable.

Quotes & references or it's your opinion based on other's opinions.

And not Quotes of Hannity or Maddow.

Not going to argue that the "right wing" over the top crap is not annoying. Hannity's trademark is to get two people on the phone rudely talking over each other. No need to comment on the Lying Left.

Trump isn't Hitler. Obama isn't the Anti-Christ, and Bush wasn't Hitler, Clinton wasn't Satan, ( I actually forget what they called Clinton? Besides Bubba. ) Reagan wasn't Hitler.

I see a theme here. All Republicans are Hitler. A Socialist. That's so obviously the lie of dishonest projection it just isn't funny anymore.

Now, IN MY OPINION, Trump is a lout, Obama is a communist islamist supremist, Bush is a good olde boy who needs better taste in who to listen to, and Clinton is a serial sex abuser. I can actually make a good case for each of those opinions.

No one can make a good case that Trump Is Hitler, and quite frankly that mantra of the Democrat Party is insulting to everyone who died & suffered, and had relatives die & suffer, in WW2.

And, Mike, of course it's biased. It's an editorial. I just didn't find the transcript of the remarks in question over at MSNBC. So I went to the middle-right opinion page.

They're a bit rah! Rah! for Trump, but are obvious about it, and they have one guy that sees everything in a religious context, and he's not always wrong. ( But he's often not right at all, either. My choice in Ice Cream has nothing to do with my relationship with anyone's Gods. )

Is the Quotes printed there correct? not the opinions of the yabos at the website, Trump's. They make a clear distinction between opinion and quotation. Unlike all the NeverTrumpers above. Where there is No Quotes and Pure Opinion.

Now, Quotes can, and are taken out of context. Obama's quote that America has 57 States, is a good example.
