Brad- I was pretty slack on taking pictures this meet. Here's one of the few I took of my bike, after my first run up NC-80, aka the Devil's Whip on Sunday.
Pwnzor's wife, Gretchen, shot some really cool video and took a good many pics on Saturday when we rode up to Roan Mountain, TN (the Murder Mountain Run). Hopefully he'll get those posted later.
I also took a few drone shots of the Skyline. I'll download those shortly and post any worthy of posting.
OK, here are a few aerial shots of the Skyline Village Inn and NC-226 below the hotel I took with my drone. It would be cool to get a group shot with this thing; maybe next year.
Home safe indeed. Rode to the Asheville Harley dealer and bought a T-shirt as I promised for letting me stash the truck and trailer there. Probably the last HD shirt I buy. Thin and made in Honduras!
The drive to Nashville went well except for 4 miles of stop and go because of an accident. Dinner with friends and a early night.
The drive back today took one tank of gas. The fuel light came on as I entered the neighborhood.
Thanks Hugh for a great event. The place, people and roads made for a wonderful weekend!
I forgot to mention, there was another Buell present when we got to town on Saturday 6/21, a red tuber. I didn't get a chance to talk to him, but I believe he's on Badweb. He and his wife couldn't get the weekend of BITA 8 off work so they came the weekend before.
His wife, Gretchen, originally posted 3 videos and a bunch bunch of pics that he’s tagged in and they’re still showing up. If you’re friends with Matthew you should be able to see those on his timeline.
Thanks for posting Matthew. That’s NC-80 just north of the Blue Ridge Parkway. I was in the lead, followed by Twig, Tootal, and Pwnzor and wife in the nicely repaired Toyota MR2.

That was me on the orange S3 now T. Couldn't be there for the event but went because it's a great place to go and maybe someone would be there early. If we would've been in a double room ya'll wouldn't have had to go find somewhere else to stay Saturday.
This event always makes me feel homesick! That area is where I learned how to ride. Wished I could have made it, but I just had my"funny bone" removed...not really funny bone... Pics look awesome! As usual. Hopefully I'll see y'all in October.
