FB1 will like this one.

Yup; I like VDH. From the article:

quote:

[T]he government, the political apparat, the media, tech, and entertainment conglomerates sought to reduce Trump to some monstrous entity deserving of hanging, stabbing, decapitation, incineration, and shooting. It sought to indict, impeach, and remove a sitting president, as the ancien régime rushed to break federal law with assumed ethical exemption — tapping, surveilling, lying, and leaking with impunity, assured that supposedly morally superior ends justified any means necessary to achieve them.

An ongoing coup attempt, in other words.

Justice comes...

There has been a crusade in this country led by a group that wishes to overturn the election and impeach President Trump. Robert Mueller leads a special council of at least 17 partisan Democrat attorneys who have yet to find a single piece of evidence against the President, yet they ignore the mounting verifiable evidence against Russian collusion with the DNC and the Clinton Foundation. The political bias and negligence of those who have lead the Department of Justice and the FBI is forthcoming. There comes a time when you have to take a stand, Expose the Truth!

This is not the start of a war by Donald, the game show host. That's the propaganda of the enemy, and the enemies of the American people in power in America. This is an admission that the war exists, has been ongoing for years, and the Taqiyya President that crafted this bribery to his pals in Iran was not on the side of western civilization.

quote:

Trump Dumps Iran Deal — Hallelujah!
By Andrew C. McCarthy - May 8, 2018

The Iran deal empowered the totalitarians. Trump’s exit squeezes them.

President Trump’s withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal is the greatest boost for American and global security in decades.

If you think that is an exaggeration, then you evidently think the 0bama administration’s injection of well over a hundred billion dollars — some of it in the form of cash bribes — into the coffers of the world’s leading state sponsor of anti-American terrorism was either trivial or, more delusionally, a master-stroke of statecraft.

Of course, there’s a lot of delusion going around. After repeatedly vowing to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons (with signature “If you like your health insurance, you can keep your health insurance” candor), President 0bama, and his trusty factotum John Kerry, made an agreement that guaranteed Iran would obtain a nuclear weapon.

Lots of big bada booms in yesterday's news cycle, including this:

quote:

Report: Secretary Mike Pompeo To Return From North Korea With Three American Detainees
CTH - May 8, 2018

This report out of South Korea, while not confirmed, makes sense. Earlier today President Trump announced Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was en route to North Korea to finalized details for the upcoming summit. Secretary Pompeo tweeted he was going to DPRK “at the invitation of N-Korean leadership.”

It makes sense, as an advanced gesture of goodwill ahead of the summit, for Kim Jong-un to release the U.S. captives.

quote:

SEOUL, May 9 (Yonhap) — North Korea is expected to release three U.S. citizens held in the communist state on Wednesday, an official from Seoul’s presidential office Cheong Wa Dae said, in an apparent goodwill gesture ahead of a historic meeting between its leader Kim Jong-un and U.S. President Donald Trump.

And was probably negotiated (i.e., insisted upon) during Pompeo's earlier visit...

So yesterday, Drudge Report had a huge headline about Stormy Danials' lawyer claiming that Trump's lawyer had received $500,000 from Russian oligarchs. My first thought on this, before even reading the story, was how in the hell would Danials' lawyer know anything about payments made to Trump's lawyer? It simply didn't make sense. This morning, I hear on the radio, that Mueller is now saying this came from his investigation. I can believe that, but I'm right back to my fist though of "how in the hell would Dannials' lawyer know anything about payments made to Trump's lawyer?" This seems to suggest that the FBI is now working with, or at least leaking information to Danials' lawyer.

This alone should be worthy of criminal investigation. What still seems lacking is any accusation of a crime, much less involvement of Trump. BTW, for those who don't want to dig into this crap, it seems that the "Russian oligarchs" is actually a company that is controlled by US citizens. The story is off of Drudge, and I haven't taken the effort at this point to track down exactly what's going on. My guess is that it's just Mueller using others to get damaging innuendo out into the press. Probably not wrong doing, but framed properly, sounds very damaging.

Thoughts or more info?

BTW, it occurs to me that Danials' lawyer is more focused on harming Trump, than anything beneficial to Danials. It certainly calls into question anything he has to say. YMMV.

At this point a consensual affair, even with "shut up money" involved is so minor a sin that it fails to get traction. Not when Congress has paid out millions in shut up money to victims of abuse, not consenting adult stuff, criminal sexual harassment and assault. Now with the alleged alcoholic women beating former NY AG in the news, with death threats even more so. ( and with multiple death threat victims, are there bodies hidden in that man's past?)

If "Stormy's Lawyer" is getting his feed from the Special Prosecutor, that's a criminal offense that should be investigated and the leaker arrested & prosecuted.

There's a lot of people involved in this who have & are violating the law & need to be in prison. Afaik, Trump is one of the few who might not.

So, just as I was leaving for work this afternoon, the whole Daniels' lawyer thing was being discussed on the news. They said that this information came out in discovery in their lawsuit. Makes zero sense to me why something like that would come out in discovery. Then I see this... Avenatti Accuses The Wrong Michael Cohens Of Making ‘Fraudulent’ Payments If their information came out in discovery, it certainly wouldn't include payments to others with the same name. This kind of leaves it up to someone with the ability to search bank records. Admittedly, not very well, but beyond the scope of what a law firm could ever do.

Anyway, the news report I saw was saying that the implication is supposed to be that this Russian oligarch paid off Daniels, in order to gain influence with Trump. I suppose an idiot could be lead to believe that Trump can't afford to pay off an extortionist , but I'm not going to be that idiot.

I'm sure we are going to hear a lot more about this story as it falls apart piece by piece. Sure has the finger prints of Mueller using a patsy to publicly smear Trump in a way that he could not do himself, IMO.

Oh, we know we were lied to. Barry lied about darn near everything in foreign policy. Lied his way into multiple wars, lied about his deal with Vladimir to have a re-election before the ongoing war in Ukraine, etc.

Hillary has her own felony count thread.

But you mean the Game Show Host!
On that specific promise, it appears to be ongoing. No special prosecutors, though, Donald was advised the system works if done quietly and by the book. It would be stupid to play the "special prosecutor's leak of the day" game for three good reasons I can think of.

It shows the prosecution is legal and without overt political bias.

It's the opposite of the enemy. They leak, he twits openly. They grasp at straws, he mocks. No need for competing minions. It's Obama minion vs. The President.

He wouldn't get the echo chamber reporting on his leaks, if he played the same game. But he gets full reporting on his twits.

Besides, we are not going to stop being grateful we dodged the Hillary bullet until long after she quits trying to reload. She isn't done running for the 2016 election. She imagined the world is full of, well, you. Folks that want Trump impeached so she can take her Satan given place as Queen.

Why should we stop rejoicing? Why stop reminding folk that Hillary almost won?

Sure, he's an annoying jerk, but he's not Hillary.

0bama had to trade 5 dangerous terrorists to get back traitor Bowe Bergdahl.

President Trump got back 3 prisoners for free.

The art of the deal.

President Trump got back 3 prisoners for free, along with a denuclearized North Korea, the end of the war, a unified Korean peninsula, and the (likely) removal of our military presence in South Korea.

The art of the deal, indeed.

President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, Vice-President Mike Pence and Karen Pence were at Joint Base Andrews early this morning to welcome home three Americans released after detainment in North Korea:

I got up at 2am and watched the entire thing . . .

Trump . . . is . . . well, Trump.

Love him or hate him . . . he's methodically doing precisely everything he said he'd do.

He treats adversaries with respect but he takes no shit . . . a lot like the way the Marines handled Belleau Wood.

When the Syrians killed hundreds of innocent women and children . . . American bombs started falling on Syria. No one sat around, like a pussy, wondering what Putin would do. Trump told him . . . "don't stand under our falling shit and tell your friends if they do that again, it'll be worse . . now stop it". They did.

Kim Jung Un was firing missiles all over the damn place with marginal accuracy and the, Obama conditioned, response in the papers included maps of places he might be able to strike and how to hide under your desk and cover your head.

Trump sent Mike Pompeo over and I suspect Mike gently, but firmly and with respect, shared something like . . . "your economy is in shambles . . . you've got a good deal here that you can only screw up". Either tank the missile program or plan one living in a Winnebago on the back 40 somewhere cause we're going to ruin your life. Interested in talking about options that leave you living large?

This is kind of the way America started . . . .we're not screwing with anyone but we're not bending over and taking diplomatic dick in the poop shoot as we've done for the last 8 years.

We've become accustomed to liars, cheats and folks who have to lecture us about "it depends on what the meaning of "is" is".

We, the American people, grew weary of being treated like 2nd graders who needed discipline.

We are a people of character, vision and compassion. We don't start wars . . .but we're done being the facilitator of the world's bad boys.

Take notice.

Be our friends or be carbon dust . . . . you choose.

Hey . . . at least you get the McDonald's.

Good on Trump and Team for teaching school to a bunch of pussies in Congress.

Somebody . . . likely beyond Trumps job . . . needs to also teach them civil behavior after what they did to that brave woman spy yesterday. Perhaps one of the most qualified folks to ever walk into the chamber and they had to exorcise their own weak agendas.

The New York Times needs to sit in the corner and wear the corporate dunce cap for a couple days. Their distain for Trump has them Quixotically tilting at political windmills. They don't have to get on the wagon . . . . but standing in front of the moving wheels make them look "unbright".

Just my $0.02.

Exactly. In reality, she should be charged with extortion. I would think there's a special class of extortion when you attempt to extort elected officials. There should be anyway.

In the beginning, she said she was suing to get out of the extortion contract. It seems to me that she broke the contract the minute she started speaking publicly about this. I wonder if she has returned the cash? She is extending her "career" an extra year or so with this. She's got to know her career is on the backside of the hill at this point. This gives her a curiosity bump, as long as she can hang onto Trump's coat tails. She give hookers a bad name.

Her lawyer is even worse. He gives lawyers a bad name.

The media that promote this story. Well, they are a bad name.

I had to turn off the hearing about confirming Mrs. Haspel, before I threw my TV out the window. These asshats are true monday morning quarterbacks. If I were Haspel, I'd have answered their "moral compass" questions with "I'm sorry, where were YOU in the year following 9/11? I was on the front lines, keeping your dumb asses SAFE. There's no black and white, it's all a gray area, and terrorists had just killed thousands of Americans on US soil. Next question."

Someone should drag Kamala Harris out by her hair and revoke all her creds. Immediately.

You'd think the identity-politic Left would be all about putting a woman in a top government position. That they'd be THRILLED to see that the most qualified person on the PLANET for the job, perhaps the most qualified since the CIA was created...happens to be a woman. You'd think they'd eat that shit up. But noooooooo....since the nomination came from Trump's mouth, they feel the need to posture and put on a show for the sake of grandstanding.

Feds probing how Stormy lawyer got Cohen’s banking info

I certainly hope the Feds will be all over this. This simply isn't the sort of information that can be legally obtained. Laws were broken for him to have gotten this information.

Meanwhile he is claiming that they must look into Cohen's payments, that could have hundreds of legitimate explanations. There could also be wrong doing there, but the feds are all over Cohen's business already. I do have questions about if they could ever prosecute Cohen with how they raided his office though. That whole deal seems shady, even to the judge who is now dealing with the case.
